I had family visiting my apartment and I wanted it as clean and presentable as possible, so I made an appointment with The Heavenly Help after seeing good reviews online. Reading their services, I paid for the "Deep Clean", which offered extra services such as cleaning the molding and the inside of the fridge. I paid over $200 for this. The day comes, and the lady arrives and spent a few hours in our apartment. At first sight, it seemed OK. She wiped the sinks and cleaned the floors. But upon further inspection, there was nothing "deep" about the clean. Tables, dressers, moldings, doors, counters and more, all dusty and precisely the same as before. The bathroom mirror was cloudy and sticky. Counters were sticky and had food marks. The inside of the fridge was untouched. I contacted the company through email, and at first, they were very apologetic, saying the lady was new, and they offered a refund, which I thought was the least they could do as my family was coming the very next day. But then weeks went by and the refund never arrived. More weeks go by, and no refund or communication. I contact them again and they say "they'd look into it." More time goes by, nothing. I hired The Heavenly Help for a move out clean on an already relatively clean house. I just needed a "spit shine", if you will. The move out clean was supposed to include sweeping/mopping, bathrooms, countertops, cabinets (inside and out), window sills. I also paid extra for a garage sweep-out. For a total of $430. The only thing they did was 1 bathtub and the window sills. The cabinets had not been wiped (they're black so they show everything), floors had more debris than before they arrived, didn't mop, master bath shower stall wasn't touched at all, countertops had water rings on them. There was unflushed urine in one of the toilets. The garage was never swept. They claimed it was a 5 person crew. I contacted the company and was offered either a partial refund or they could "finish" the job. I opted for the refund since I don't trust them to complete the job. They said they would issue a $140 refund out of the $430. This, for a job I'm having to ultimately do myself. If you hire them, either be there for an immediate walk through or be prepared to get ripped off. read more

Do not recommend. If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband hired this company to clean our home prior to an event we were hosting. Since I had been out of town the previous week on business this was a welcomed treat as I did not have the time to give the house a once over before the event. They were supposed to show up at 8. They finally showed up at 10. After 2.5 hrs I did a walk thru where I noticed they didn't touch my sons bathroom and didn't fully wipe down a few things so I asked for that to be addressed. Then it became clear it was far more of a to do list. But because they were two hours late I did not have the time nor the patience to show them how to do the job for which they were hired. We paid for a general cleaning no deep cleaning needed. Our house is well-maintained regularly. We literally just needed things to be wiped down and the floors cleaned. As you can see from the photos they could barely handle that. After sharing the images below with the owner he offered us a $100 discount and a free cleaning service. However we will not be taking his free offer because it's clear his crew does not understand their role in his business. Save your time and your money. Go with someone else. read more

Heavenly Help was able to schedule my home cleaning within hours of my initial inquiry. The booking process was very clear and easy. I couldn't believe how good the price was. They were so accommodating and willing to answer all of my questions prior to arrival, so I knew exactly what to expect. After being dumbfounded that this company has a high Google rating, I read through the reviews and the best I can assume is that they've had family and friends, or created accounts, to review their business. Irregardless, I do not believe this is a reliable company whatsoever, but rather a high functioning scam. They do send someone out but they do not properly Clean, they "straighten up" and charge excessively for it. Had they been honest and upfront about the services they offered, it would've been fine bc I would've never paid hundreds of dollars to have someone wipe kitchen counters & appliances, mop, and make the beds. I intentionally organized things around the house so all they would have to focus on is Actual cleaning. Based on comments made by the cleaner, I'm assuming they took this as they did not have to do anything. She left mid cleaning and was extremely unprofessional in conversation. The owner claimed the cleaner was "leaving town and wouldn't be back", insisted it was unacceptable (after I provided pictures), & said they would have someone else sent. This never happened. I even gave them the opportunity to refund some of what they charged instead of having someone else come out. (Trying to consider Their expenses as a small business) but to no avail. Nevertheless, my main reason for leaving a review is to inform other people. People should not be paying their hard earned money for services like this. **Also, the cleaner repeatedly tried upcharging me in the form of a "tip" to do things already included in the package- and Still didn't do them. I really believed Jeremy was unaware until he lied about sending someone out and stopped responding. Jeremy: if you are truly unaware that your staff conducts business in the way they do and you were honest about Cynthia leaving town, my advice would be to vet your staff before hiring, lead with honesty, and rectify your mistakes when necessary. You will lose far more business in the long run by conducting business as you are and tarnishing your reputation with bad service and customer service. Jeremy was amazing in helping me arrange my booking for a move-in cleaning at my new house, and even told me about a discount code. Heavenly Help had the best pricing, and I'm willing to bet they're the most thorough too. My cleaner made sure to take care of every inch of the house, from the baseboards to the top of the fans. Not one part of the house was overlooked. She was also so friendly and sweet, even giving me some tips on how to keep my home clean. The previous owner hadn't done much move-out cleaning, so I'm extremely grateful to Heavenly Help for making sure my house was a clean slate before I moved all my stuff in. I'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know! read more
