I had a tendon transfer and calcaneal osteotomy surgery on my right foot which corrected the initial problem but caused other problems, nerve damage and more even pain.. I was introduced to Carolyn from Florida at Select Physical Therapy and she listened to what I had to say and expertly evaluated my situation. We started a regimen of exercise, stretching and massage. Unfortunately, the chronic condition in both feet bringing me pain were not relieved and I am becoming unable to walk. I've been to a number of PT's and I just have to compliment Carolyn. She was easy to talk to, interesting and adjusted her efforts according to my needs and pain levels. Her level of experience and professionalism was refreshing and appreciated and I trusted her judgment. In the end and due to pain, we had to sideline most exercises for massage. After our latest session, I can honestly say that my calves and feet were relaxed and pain free for the rest of the day. Best wishes to Carolyn, cheers!

I really do not understand how this place has such good reviews…read more My Insurance does not cover PT until I hit my deductible so I was very sure to get pricing ahead of time. I was informed that it was $150 a visit. I ultimately only had 3 visits as I was disappointed in the service. At every visit, I handed over my card to pay and was told the total due was $150. Well, I just got a HUGE bill in the mail, and it turns out she only charged my card once (so why did I hand my card over at the other two visits), and the price is MUCH more than $150 a visit. I would not be so upset if the service was good and they were upfront with pricing, but they definitely misled me with the amount I would be charged. The reason I stopped going after three visits is because my 30-minute visit was much shorter. My therapist often had me spend the first 10 minutes on the treadmill warming up. Well, at the rate they are charging, that's a $70 walk. Then we would spend the next 20 minutes actual doing PT. The place is so crowded that often the equipment he wanted to use was taken so we would do something else. Then the patient after me would always show up 10 minutes early and he would spend his time split between us. So I really only had 10 minutes of undivided time with my therapist, which cost me north of $200 a visit. I ended up finding a local PT provider. They charged me less than half of what this place charged me and spent a full hour with me. I could not be happier with them. While everyone here was nice, it's ultimately a large corporate company trying to make the most at the cost of their patients. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. Edit to add:After paying my bill in full, I got a letter from a debt collector on their behalf saying I owe them money. I only got one bill in the mail, and I paid it the day I got it. Why didn't they call me or send more letters before sending something to collections and hurting my credit score. I have never had something sent to collections in my life or have had a late payment for that matter. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

In April of 2017 I had a complete knee replacement surgery and I had the good fortune of being…read morereferred to Next Level for my Physical Therapy. My recovery was going extremely well and most of that was thanks to the great staff at Next Level. Unfortunately, in May of 2017, I slipped on my stairs at home and ended up with a complete tear of my quad muscle and tendons, one of the worst that my surgeon and Next Level had ever seen. It required a second surgery and that recovery was and still is much more difficult. During the recovery process, Jim, Joe and TJ had been talking to me about a new process they had been studying and working with called BFR and they explained how they thought it might really benefit me. I agreed to give it a try because everything they had previously advised me to do has been very beneficial. I was the first "victim" (TJ's word!) to have BFR performed at Next Level and all I can say is WOW. What a difference that process has made in my recovery, from the very first time the gains and improvements have been amazing. I am quite sure, without any exaggeration, that I would be nowhere near the stage of recovery that I am currently at without the help of BFR and the Next Level staff, I recommend them to anyone that I even overhear saying they have a need for Physical Therapy, not only are they the best in the business but they make you feel like family and truly care about their patients. I think I have worked with everyone on the entire staff and I have never been disappointed. All I can say is Thank You to the entire staff at Next Level for being at the top of their game and for being the leaders in the industry with innovative technologies like BFR, you guys really put your patients first!!! She does not have assistants, so your time (and money) is well spent with a licensed Physical Therapist. Second, she is holistic in her diagnosis and treatment of pain and it's cause(s). She is exhaustive in getting to the root cause, creates a custom plan, and gives you homework to assist in an eventual solution. Third, and arguably one of the most important differences between her business and other PT operations is she does not rush the appointment. She will spend the necessary time for proper assessment and treatment. It is easy to see that Dr. Murphy's goal is clearly to help her patients end pain and regain health, not mow through as many patients as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Murphy and her highly focused, professional, and holistic Physical Therapy practice.
