To expand on this, give you a little more on the situation, and I do mean moron, here is a brief timeline of my dissatisfaction: 2/23/26: I call for initial visit. I am informed I need to have notes and reports faxed from my referring MD so I make the arrangements and the information is faxed 2/25/26. 2/26/26: I call to confirm they have received the necessary info and attempt to schedule an appointment. To my surprise, I was told that the ONLY person that knows how to check the fax was out of the office till the next week. I was as surprised as you are to hear that there was only one person in a professional office, in 2026, that knows how to check the fax so I asked the receptionist to clarify. It was true, I had to wait till the following week for the fax specialist to return so I could schedule. 3/3/26: After much ado and having my MD re-fax all necessary information I called in attempt to schedule. After it was confirmed that they had received the original fax of 2/25 I was connected with Debra. Debra confirmed that she was Dr. Rho's administrator and, in fact, the only person in the office that knew how to receive faxes. Again, I was as surprised as you are, but I felt confident I was dealing with someone of authority now. After dismissing my concerns with the receptionist's lack of professionalism and continually speaking over me she let me know they have 7-10 days from today, not the day that they received the information, to review it before they will schedule me. She confirmed they would call me. 3/20/26: I had waited 17 days, 13 business days, but had yet to hear back so I called again. Kathy dismissed my disappointment with the reoccurring lack of professionalism and became a bit contentious defending themselves. She was able to schedule me for the end of May. 3/23/26: Inland Interventional sends a fax to my MD stating they are unable to help me. When I talked to Debra she said that the MD had to review the notes before I could be scheduled. I gave them more than the 7-10 days that was necessary for said evaluation. on 3/20 Kathy had confirmed that I was ready to be scheduled and scheduled an appointment. What gives??? Not even the professional dignity to call to let me know. The brass tacks are this, I was dismissed and disregarded for a month while waiting for treatment for severe pain while I could have been waiting for a professional pain management clinic. I have an extensive health care background and appreciate how a clinic should be run, Debra and her staff are the opposite.

After my surgery, I went straight to Arrowhead physical therapy. Everyone there was very professional and helped me tremendously get back my strength. I don't remember all the therapist names, but I worked with Amy the majority of the time. I am very thankful to Amy, she was very helpful with me gaining my strength back and having zero pain in my hip. I look forward to the near future having a double knee replacement and continuing my therapy here at Arrowhead. The only thing I had a hard time with, was getting through by phone. Front office staff, good work, suggest offering more approachability. Harold Neuendorff is one of the best OTs in my opinion. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and he cares. Hands-down, get him as your OT if you can. Paloma is a newer OT there and she is really good also. I have developed a chronic stiffness problem due to overly happy scar tissue inside my hand, fingers and wrist. I go to therapy twice a week and do exercises on my own three times a day. Harold and Paloma provide expert exercising of my fingers and wrist and are always encouraging regarding my slow but steady progress. Thank you!

Let me start with the fact that I was running late and could not find this place for the life of me and I was scared that they would make me reschedule. I called them and they were the best! They were telling me how to get there and I was perplexed to say the least. Marcella (the receptionist) and Erica (the nurse) were great! They went above and beyond. Erica asked what the make and color is of my car. Marcella stayed on the phone, while Erica went outside to see if she could see us and be a beacon for us. That was so awesome! She flagged us over and when I got inside, I was apologizing profusely and they assured that most people need help finding them. Marcella asked how to say my name (which is HUGE when people mispronounce your name all of the time) and that made happy. After being ushered to the room patiently (pain is an issue), Erica asked all of the necessary questions and at one point, I got emotional and she was very calming and sweet. She came over and gave me a safe, side hug and was very compassionate. I was absolutely taken with her kindness and understanding. As I was waiting for the Nurse Practitioner, I found myself much calmer than I was before. Then, Delisa came in and right away, I liked her. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and very well versed in her field! Delisa helped me to understand some of what is going on with my body and also started the appropriate treatments. She explained every step to me (none of that I'm the professional, just do it kind of attitude) and ASKED me if every step was okay, instead just telling me. REFRESHING!
