My reason for coming here is therapy for a rotator cuff surgery. My pastor from church came here for the same reasons and gave me a very enthusiastic recommendation. I pushed for Kaiser to allow me to come here and am grateful it was approved. It was Halloween when I first arrived and was greeted by a "sour puss", "cereal killer", "candy wrapper", Dr. Pepper, and many others. I love humor, so felt this was a good first impression. Alan did my initial intake and evaluation and Melvin has been my primary therapist. Jose keeps an eye on things and there are another 3-4 therapists helping patients. I'm in my fourth week of therapy and every session has been very personal in my growth, areas to improve, and my at-home exercises. After I'm done, they offer coffee, "good" chocolates, and an ice pack. Being able to watch as the staff are helping others, it is very clear that they all care very, very much about us. They are focused on each person, modeling the exercises, having personal conversations while doing the stretching, and just making everyone feel comfortable and important. Coming here was a 5-star decision and can see why my pastor recommended coming here. I feel the same way. I'm looking forward to my next session of "torture" as I'm expecting a full recovery. read more

I was seen at the Yucaipa location. I was treated by the director, so when I was told " I have 12 visits for treatment, after those we will reassess and go from there," I thought nothing of it. I received a bill that stated my insurance didn't cover the services. I know as a patient, I should be aware of my coverage. As I stated, I was seen by the director. I was confident my benefits had been verified. I called my insurance and was informed my benefits were never verified and no authorizations were placed. I've called and sent several emails to Pass Physical therapy with no return messages. I'm more than willing to pay my bill, but was hoping to reach a negotiated rate. That is difficult to do if they won't even reciprocate a conversation. read more

I have been under the care of Pass PT for devastating injuries to my left shoulder, upper arm, elbow, lower arm, wrist, and hand... and at 82 years, this sort of thing does not heal quickly. But Pass PT knew exactly what I needed to be done. The people there are very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed. If I, in the future, need to return for addtional PT, I will again choose Pass Yucaipa. read more

I've been to a handful of different physical therapy places and this one is the best. They actually stay with you and work with you. Unlike other places I've gone they just instruct what exercise/stretch to do and walk off till your done and ready for the next one. PASS therapy explains how each movement should be done and explains things very thoroughly. The team is very friendly and nice. read more

I am a Kaiser Permanente patient and have been referred to PASS Physical Therapy twice; first for a shoulder injury and the second time for treatment following Total knee Replacement. Both times I have found the staff incredibly professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I was very pleased that my primary care physician referred me for total knee replacement therapy because I achieved excellent results for my shoulder injury. I am still undergoing treatment for my knee replacement but, already, the improvement is observable. As with my first experience, I am anticipating excellent results. read more

Went in for my evaluation and all seemed to be professional. Going in for my first day of therapy today was a whole different thing. The therapist was more interested in talking to the other co workers and not paying attention to me....the patient. That's right. Also to be then handed over towards the end of my session to another therapist because he needed to attend to someone who had just came in was nothing short of unprofessional. First of all the therapist I was "handed over to" to finish my exercises showed absolutely no interest in my well being or doing the exercises correctly. He seemed more interested in working on his laptop. I'm with Kaiser and I'll be talking to them about switching over to more competent people who can stay off their phones and focus on what they're there for....the patient. I won't be back there that's for sure. read more

Pass PT in Yucaipa has helped me with my rehabilitation from back surgery in 2014 and neck surgery in 2016 and currently with my shoulders. Tiffany the scheduler and Starla the PT as well as the new group of PT's and PTA's are always so helpful and caring. Very gentle on this old body. They all seem to interact and support each other. I'm so fortunate that Kaiser has contracted their PT services through Pass PT. The convenience of not having to drive to Fontana is a blessing. With my bodies limitations it's truly wonderful to have individuals in this crazy world that really want to improve and teach me how to increase my mobility. Thank you Pass PT Yucaipa. The staff at PASS was more concerned about talking amongst themselves and playing on their phone than they were the patients. The receptionist was rude. All younger staff and it showed. Very unprofessional and immature. I'm with Kaiser. They referred me there to be closer to home. I complained and ended up at Kaiser PT. Wonderful change! The staff at Ksiser were professional and I got fast results. If you are young, this might be a good fit but if you are older, I'd look elsewhere. read more

Pass PT is a great place. I went for low back pain. Alan, DPT did a wonderful job at helping me bring my pain down to a manageable level. He provided me a home exercise program that he reviewed and updated with me at each appointment. Alan throughly demonstrated all exercises and made revisions to my program as needed. Alan went above and beyond even helping me to find and fit me for a appropriate shoes to improve my posture and decrease my pain. The office staff is easy to deal with. The check in process is easy and they give a reminder call the day prior to your appointment. Wait times are brief, not more than 5 minutes. Pass PT is following Covid-19 precautions as well. Everyone wears a mask, temperature is taken at check-in and all equipment is throughly cleaned between each patient. I strongly recommend Pass PT. If you can request Alan I highly recommend him. Has a staff very good ,very knowledgeable.As for billing they are horrible !!! And that's putting it mildly. They are billing me five dollar for a initial visit already paid. Of course I paid in cash and there is no record of it. Had four other visits paid my co-pay no issues. Get a bill in the mail call them up and explain to them the situation the woman said no problem. Now I'm getting sent to collections because I can't prove I pay the five dollar co-pay in cash. When I called them for an explanation the excuse is the woman that is in charge of billing is on maternity leave no one can help me. The customer service and the lady in charge of the so-called "billing " is a joke !!! No customer skills whatsoever, it was like talking to a five-year-old with an My wife left the owner an email and we're still waiting for a response. read more

My experience at PASS was exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan over the past few months. He has been extremely patient with my case. There are times that he may have to serve me and another client at the same time, but this is where his talent really shines. He approaches each client's case individually and ensures that their road to recovery suits their ability and lifestyle. This is not to say Jordan is the only great PT at PASS. I also had one session with Alan. Alan also offered great advice and helped me understand how to execute his suggested exercises properly. I have not had the chance to work with anyone other than Jordan and Alan, but I can tell that the other therapists meet, or exceed, the same quality of care. Last, and certainly not least, PASS has responsive and caring receptionists. Alex and Jose have made scheduling and medical updates smooth and seamless. I am now here for my post surgery physical therapy and they are amazing. They are very friendly, gentle yet firm. Firm in that they motivate you to push yourself to achieve the goals set out by your surgeon. I want to recover at an accelerated pace so I can get back on my dirtbike. I had my ACL replaced with some of my patella and had total reconstruction of my posterolateral corner (entire outside area of my knee). It's incredibly painful and they have been fantastic. They've stuck with the surgeons protocol and we've made great progress. I actually look forward to my PT. I highly recommend this place. read more

The staff is amazing, their billing on the other hand is horrible. The very first bill ever sent to me was December and they said they sent one before, which I never received. Ever since the December bill, I have been paying them...even twice in one month and they said because it's not paid in full, it's going to collections. How is this right when I'm making payments monthly?! So unhappy with them. Sadly, anyone I know will know that this company does not have their billing system in order. read more
