I have had 3 joint surgeries in the last year and all of my physical therapy was provided by the Yucaipa PASS facility. The staff is excellent at what they do which is ask questions, listen and prescribe exercises that really help. They are professional, personable and extremely skilled. Kylee, Kayla, Tatianna and Andrew have been my primary therapists, but I have also been helped by Starla, Alexa, Gabby and Andrea, they are an awesome team. I have received therapy elsewhere but PASS Yucaipa is by far the best in the business. read more

Let me start by saying, my mother is 87 yrs old and has multiple health issues and times see can't come in due to health problems. The front desk staff Andrea, Janis? and at times Jose are all immature(singing with music playing) and have Rude argumentative attitudes. This last Tuesday we had to cancel and the gal we spoke to said unfortunately after next cancellation she would be charged $20. Today when we showed up they charged my mom a penalty fee of $26! I'm furious. I said why? We were told if she cancelled same day again then there would be a charge- but, they lied and charged today and more than they said. I personally do Not recommend this establishment based on front desk staff. The therapists seem good- but dealing with child like behaviors infront is difficult. Management need to have a talk with these individuals because it makes the rest of them look bad. I won't recommend them. read more

They are so gentle and nice, but firm and push you to go as far as you can. They are helping me regain lost mobility, balance, and confidence. If you've fallen, had surgery, a stroke, or are just crippled with arthritis, I totally recommend you check with your doctor to see if you can get a referral from your doctor. Thanks guys! read more

This was my first time working with Pass PT ( Beaumont Office) and my experience was a terrific one! I came here for a 7 week treatment for plantar fasciitis in my right foot. This unbearable injury is very painful, I dreaded getting out of bed every morning because I knew that initial step out of bed was going to cause a feeling as if my heel had an ice pick jammed into it. I was skeptical of a 7 week improvement because I had this injury in my left foot and that took almost 2 years to recover from, that was with physical therapy, massage, and podiatrist visits. My 7 weeks are coming to a close and I am sad that it is over. Not because I am still in pain, but because I will miss the staff. I started off with terrible, stabbing pain in the heel and outer edge of my foot every morning that lasted throughout the day. Now I hardly feel any pain at all and I can even put on heels (the chunky ones lol). I worked with Shearn and Yvonna. Both were super friendly, kind, compassionate, super knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting me as pain free as possible. The front desk staff are always nice, efficient, and will remember who you are :-). I'm thankful that Pass has gotten me back to the normalcy of basic walking, something that I took for granted in the past but not anymore. read more

Pass Physical Therapy gave me my life back. I am still attending sessions, but I can happily say that I am 100% pain free. I came in to see Physical Therapist Santiago during my first visit. I had been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and told that I needed surgery due to my disc being so far into my spinal canal. I could barely walk, drive, and stretches made me scream in agony. I had been like this for nearly two years. I will finish my physical therapy in December. I feel physically and mentally better and Santiago played a huge, huge role in that. I was referred to this facility by my doctor for a hip injury. I wasn't sure what they could do for me, but on my first visit found out I had strain the muscle surrounding my hip area which is why I was having issues walking. They work with me and show me techniques on stretching my muscles to help with the pain I was experiencing. Im glad they were patience with me and understood my abilities. Since my last visit I now know what to do to keep myself from straining both hips. I'm also glad I can always call them if any questions come up that I may have. This review is for the Banning, Ca office. Everything seemed really great at first. It did take over one month for the office to contact us for an initial visit. The first visit was good and so were the rest of the visits that included exercising. The problem we have had over 6+ months is with their billing department. shall I say lack of billing department and the chaos the staff causes for the patients. Billing department is completely unorganized and keeps repeating the same thing regardless of the question asked regarding the date of service and the adjusted amount received from insurance. They bill for the same dates over and over again. I was told 5 months ago that all had been taken care of for all dates except that there was one pending from 9/2018. I made the total payments and now 6 months later I received a statement charging me for duplicate dates that have been paid. I called to inquire and spoke with Dianne (sp?). She does not seem to have answers and keeps saying "we are waiting to hear from insurance." I checked with my insurance and the date in question has been paid in taken care of! However, this office resubmitted a claim for the second time (it was paid the first time). I called the office and said "I will pay the amount again (which I do not owe), but I want a receipt saying that my account is closed and I was told that they are waiting to hear from insurance regarding a claim from 7/2018. I checked with insurance and that claim has been processed. Dianne has no idea what is going on. Please hire a billing company!!!!!!! I will not be returning to this business or referring anyone. This decision is solely based on the billing headaches! read more

I've been going to Pass Physical Therapy in Beaumont, CA for two separate injuries over the past 3 years. The first time, I had a back injury a couple of years ago and went through 2 rounds of PT with Holly. When I walked in for my initial assessment, I could barely move and was in terrible pain. Holly started with gentle exercises and stretches and increased intensity, as I grew stronger and could handle it. I found her very bubbly and knowledgeable and she helped me recover to nearly my old self. Then last year, my car was rear-ended and my back, neck, collarbone and shoulder were injured. I was again in terrible pain. My back was in spasm and I could barely move my neck, to the point that I could barely sleep from the pain I was in. My doctor referred me again to Pass Physical Therapy in Beaumont, CA. This time I was assigned to Annie. She is an exceptional physical therapist! Without pointing out where I was hurting, Annie found the injuries on her own by physical examination, which was amazing! She always knew what I could handle and what I was not ready for. In the middle of my first round of therapy with Annie, I found a lump in my breast and had to have surgery to remove it. Following surgery, I had a severe complication. Annie worked with me on my trouble areas and modified some of the exercises, as I recovered from surgery. I only missed one week of PT throughout the process. Annie was gentle with me when I was sick and in pain and was tougher on me when I was strong enough to handle it. I am finishing up my third round of PT with Annie and I feel like I have been given my life back. Annie is a marvel! My experiences with Pass Physical Therapy in Beaumont, CA have been exceptional! The facility is clean and well-maintained and they follow all recommended Covid precautions. All the staff and and therapists are friendly, empathetic, knowledgable and professional. They are a great team! I would return to Pass Physical Therapy in Beaumont, CA again and again, if I needed help following surgery or an injury and I would thoroughly recommend them to others looking for a top-notch facility! read more

I highly recommend Pass Physical Therapy! I have had two 6-8 week sessions two years apart. The staff is warm and welcoming and I appreciate the health and safety protocols that they follow.
