Our therapist is Ms Kristen, but everyone here is incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be here, which made all the difference. Sign in then the receptionist comes out a few minutes later and tells me that I have to come back after 1pm because there are 2 ahead of me and it's after11:30 which it wasn't. She had a major attitude when I told her I would have been here earlier if they had told me they moved. So she said that's not our fault and you have to come back after 1pm or you can just go somewhere else. So I said I will go elsewhere. My gripe is maybe they should say 11:15 instead of 11:30 and not have an attitude problem

Their individualized exercises were exactly what she needed to build strength and coordination, and their guidance empowered me to continue her practice at home each day.
