I received a bill that stated my insurance didn't cover the services. I know as a patient, I should be aware of my coverage. As I stated, I was seen by the director. I was confident my benefits had been verified. I called my insurance and was informed my benefits were never verified and no authorizations were placed. I've called and sent several emails to Pass Physical therapy with no return messages. I'm more than willing to pay my bill, but was hoping to reach a negotiated rate. That is difficult to do if they won't even reciprocate a conversation.

She had a hard time with the call button. Her room mate was very loud and was giving the staff a really hard time. I had to switch mom to another room with better access to the toilet. She did better with her physical therapy in the new room too. They got her to walk again after her fall last January she stayed til March The staff did their best but was under staffed at times it took awhile to answer the call button. My mom said she got tired of waiting and used her wheelchair to get to the toilet. The girls never came to help some of the time. It was better than some places I've seen and worked in. I was unable to walk for 2 months from a badly twisted ankle. In 1.5 sessions I was able to safely and comfortably walk again. From there, it was rehabbing nerve damage and strengthening my ankle and calf. Less than two months later I'm already almost back to 100%! Bummed I was injured but so grateful to get to heal here. Can't wait to be injured again (Jk!) But if you're ever in pain or have questions, this is the spot!
