I recieved a referral from my Physician due to contant pain in my neck and shoulder with progressing weakness. JT did careful admit and discharge assessments resulting in recommending added sessions. He and Mihn gave me strengthing exercises which they adjusted as I gained strength. I faithfully did the exercises and today I am pain free with more strength than when the problem first started. Everyone was very professional, the front desk and the aides. I have never been to a Physical Therphy facility where all the staff were Stars. They truly deserve their name. For my first appointment this facility called and said they're going to have to cancel my appointment that day because I didn't have authorization. Ok so why are you only finding this out the day of my appointment? I took time off work just for my appointment! So all of that got squared away by my Attorneys office, so I was scheduled for a new appointment on 4/4 at 2:30pm. I arrive at 2pm to fill out forms and waited until they called me at 2:35. I had signed a form of theirs that says if I'm late to an appointment I can be charged $25, how about if they're late? Or if they don't cancel within 24 hours, can I charge them? The staff named Reba performed my assessment and did so without my MRI results which I think are important when making an assessment for care? She deemed that it was my shoulder and not my cervical bulge and decided to treat my shoulder (which contradicts the results of my MRI which she didn't bother to try and acquire before making her final assessment). So she then proceeded to take me to the main area of the facility and put heat on my shoulder. The heating pad and towel smelled moldy-mildewy but I didn't say anything because I had already decided at that point I would not be coming back! I've been to several physical therapy facilities in my lifetime and this PTs uneducated assessment was probably the worst I've ever experienced and the cleanliness of this facility was sub par. read more

I have been to a few physical therapy facilities in the past but nothing compares to amount of care i receive from this specific location! I have requested to be sent back here each time I'm being referred out for therapy. The staff are absolutely amazing! They listen to me, they care about me, they take the time to get to know me on a personal level to better care for my therapy needs. I'm my case, my knee is my issue and Minh knows i love to hike and bike and he asks the questions so he knows what goals we are working towards to get my knee back to where it needs to be! Minh is extremely knowledgeable and has fixed my knee more than once, going out of his way, above and beyond to help me! Noah is also fantastic, also very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, always makes conversation and makes me feel so welcome! Reba is so professional and very caring, goes above and beyond for her patients as well. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing any kind of physical therapy! I got transfered here after my first PT (Arrowhead Orthopedics) dropped the ball and didn't reschedule me. I couldn't be more happy! I am doing PT after a ruptured achilles repair. So needless to say, it's been a long road. I started here after 12 sessions at Arrowhead Orthopedics. The staff, both clerical amd therapists are great. They are all nice, helpful and always ready to work. They understand the injuries and cater to your needs. They share a small room with PT equipment with the gym located next door, but do the majority of the PT in their main office area. I have a very high impact job and need a lot of therapy and I am so glad I found Yucaipa Physical Therapy for my rehab needs. Eric, Maka, Sarah and everyone else there is amazing. read more

I received physical therapy from a previous provider and thought they were pretty good. Then I was referred to Eric and the rest of the team at Yucaipa Physical Therapy, and I realized what I'd been missing. All of the therapists and staff are wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about each and every patient. It's like being part of a family. Regardless of whether you're being worked on by Eric, Austin, Anna or John, or their new assistant, Colton, you're in good hands. I am pleased with the therapy services provided by Austen, Colton, and Marisol who are located at the Redlands facility. I love this facility. Austen and Colton both provide excellent patient services, exhibiting their knowledge and expertise in the field of kinesiology; very impressive. Marisol also exhibits professionalism, kindness, and is very accommodating in scheduling. My only concern is the lack of equipment at this facility. I have an extended assignment to this facility for post op knee replacement surgery, & shoulder/arm(s) therapy (upper and lower body exercise), and suggest Yucaipa Physical Therapy look into providing this facility a bicycle with rotating handlebars, additional laser machine(s) (there is only one laser machine that I notice), to assist in patients total recovery. Very friendly and professional. Facilities are great for my 16 year old daughter, because she is able to use a variety of fitness equipment located next door as part of her physical therapy (after ACL reconstructive surgery due to soccer injury). I had Greg assist me with rehabilitation of a repaired meniscus with a blood clot complication and found out that there is a lot I still need to learn about my body and it's capability. Thanks Greg for your patience and help during a difficult time. They're receptionist, who name eludes me at the moment is one of the best I've ever encountered.
