I showed up a bit early and Sydney (my Occupational Therapist) was already there expecting me. She was very patient and helpful in finding the right one for me at the lowest possible cost. She also made sure I knew how to take the splint off. She also took time to explain how my injury was healing, so that I knew why I had to have the splint on 100% of the time over the next few weeks. The benefits coordinator (?) Sarah was also great, she had to stay on the phone with the insurance company while helping another patient check in as she came in. No one wishes to have to have PT or OT, but if you do, then SERC is the place to ensure a positive experience for you.

I've never seen this offered at other therapy locations. They really are forward-thinking when it comes to therapy and once you are done getting rehabilitated they have a training center attached to make sure you are not only able to enjoy your newfound health but to train properly under careful supervision because proper training can prevent future injuries. All in all, the reason why I think this place is amazing is that the staff here is really caring and personable. This place isn't your typical therapy center where you feel like you being rushed in and out with hopes to see you again soon.
