She had me do exercises that flared me up and refused to address the issues that were flared, saying that she didn't believe me. She was insulting and condescending, which is not great for someone doing internal work. I left in tears, tried to email it to address it but she just doubled down and told me to go elsewhere despite not giving me a recommendation. I think there isn't anyone else who takes my insurance that I can physically drive to, especially after she flared me. So essentially, she traumatized.me mentally and physically. And doesn't care. And I have no way to fix the physical part.

When I first arrived to see Dr Rob, every Dr prior had failed me epically. Few listened and none tried to understand what I needed to heal myself. Dr. Rob's ability to hold space was truly unique and loveliest thing about him is his genuine desire to see his patients heal and find pain relief. I truly challenged him through my projected pain and the man was so patient, that my trust multiplied after our first appointment. Since then, he always celebrates my improvements and I feel his genuine enthusiasm is always relayed when there is progress.... and there has been so much progress. ++ the adjustments feel perfectly intense. On the first day of treatment I could barely walk when arriving. After a few, I was back on my feet again, pain eased significantly. Mobility restored. Sleep, deepened. Life and dance returned to me. Recently, I heard a wonderful quote and will now forever think of this Dr and wellness space when I speak on it. "The miracle is not often too far behind the crisis." He really took the time to go over my pain, offer sensible solutions, and lessened my nerves about receiving an adjustment for the first time. Dr. Moses is not like some of those "chiropractors" you see on social media who are just looking for a loud crack. He took his time to explain what he was doing and why. He also suggested some exercises to help prevent future pain. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was going well. Appointments are usually available same or next day. Front office staff is wonderful as well. Insurance is accepted and self pay rates are reasonable.

If you're like me and are perhaps a little accident prone or clumsy a great chiropractor is a must…read morehave. Disaster seems to know just where I'm at...ALWAYS and strikes me down at will. From falling down stairs, car accidents and work mishaps to migraines I've managed to run the gamut of pain induced misery. What I found when I was 21 or 22 was that a chiropractor can do what muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories cannot. They FIX it, no covering symptoms so conditions worsen. I pinched my sciatic nerve at 21 or 22 and went to the doctor barely able to walk. I didn't wanna breathe the pain was so awful. Pills were given to me to relieve my symptoms. They did nothing. Not one medication took the edge off the pain but when my boss called the chiropractor down the block my life changed. She explained that her tech could barely walk and asked if he would have any time to see a new patient. She was speaking to Dr. Reid Ketteler who was closing for lunch within just a few minutes. What the man did was phenomenal. He asked me to come in at 12, ON HIS LUNCH HOUR, so he could help me. He took x-rays and studied them with me, he measured my muscle function and showed me the reason behind the pain and then worked out a treatment plan with me. He made me part of my own care and solution and educated me and you know what? Funnily enough the pain went away. I was able to walk and run and even got back to my volleyball league. So my review goes like this: Dr. Ketteler is a rare gem! He is a kind, caring and compassionate professional that enjoys helping others. His office assistants are sweet, friendly and personable; the treatment offered is top notch. I cannot say enough about just how wonderful this practice is! If you're experiencing any kind of chronic pain Dr. Ketteler is my number 1 recommendation to correct the problem. Each session starts with 10 minutes on the water massage table or the roller table. The adjustments are quick, painless, easy and helpful. Then the session ends with some cold therapy and TENS. The music played is also great - no yoga music, just mellow rock/alt country. Feeling a ton better after three visits.
