I contacted this group to get some PT set up, telling them up front and clearly I had to have the Roeland Park location and my time availability. Yes, yes, they said, not a problem but I would have to do the initial appt. at the SM location. Something felt off when they didn't attempt to set up subsequent appointments the day of consult . I called the next Monday and was told NOTHING was available except one day at RP location for next two weeks and that two days a week they're only open until 3. So I paid for the consult and now can't get the PT. Have to get another consult and start from scratch someplace else. The so-called patient scheduler took no responsibility whatsoever and basically said "oh well". I am going to pursue compensation for the wasted consult but want to warn others. No customer service whatsoever; don't make the mistake I did. Not good people or organization.

Both were very patient with me and were able to answer any questions or concerns I may have had as well as solutions. The entire office was very friendly ..making it a comfortable place to go when you may not be feeling the greatest. There were days I didn't feel like doing the therapy, but staff was supportive in pushing you through your therapy in order to assure I was staying on track for recovery. Can't thank them enough!!! Hopefully I won't have to go back ..but if I need therapy again for something, SERC would be my choice as they are sincere in wanting you to succeed!

Took a three-week break post-surgery. On my return they told me that after running my insurance they discovered that my actual cost would be $102 per session, and that this was their error due to the fact that they hadn't actually processed my claim through insurance in the first place, like they assured me they had. Edited: since writing this review I've gotten quotes from two other local providers; The base rate of eval as well as each session at PT Solutions is at least triple the cost, on average, of the other two providers.

What's worse is that Athletico wouldn't give me an estimate up front and when I asked questions about bills was repeatedly told things like "it's usually less than that after we work with insurance" or "we're still working it out with insurance" or "we can talk about it next week when our billing guys is back." Bill reaches $1800 before I'm told I owe it all. Raise my frustrations and am told "that's how insurance works, sorry." It actually doesn't - there are other places that are up front with transparent pricing. Not sure is this place was trying to scam me or just incompetent. Tried to make a case for a discount or partial refund but neither the local office or Athletico headquarters would budge. Buyer beware: do you research before you commit to services here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and it cost me big time.

I've never been to a chiropractor before, but injured a rib by not being a spring chicken anymore, so I decided to give it a shot. I felt so much better after one visit. Dr. Moses is not like some of those "chiropractors" you see on social media who are just looking for a loud crack. He took his time to explain what he was doing and why. He also suggested some exercises to help prevent future pain. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was going well. Appointments are usually available same or next day. Front office staff is wonderful as well. Insurance is accepted and self pay rates are reasonable.
