I love going to their location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I worked with Justin, Emma and Eric-they are kind, but make you work hard to help you achieve your goals. I would recommend any of them for therapy. I have had neck and back problems for over 20 years. In the spring my neck and back locked up and I could barely move. I could only turn my head slightly and only in extreme pain. The program of shots, PT and chiropractic care is exactly what I needed!!! The chiropractor gets it moving and the PT teaches you how to use muscles that have never worked before to support your neck and back! The service I have received here isn't so bad so I hate to leave a negative review however....I'm writing this during a 1 hour wait in their waiting room. This is pretty common, I was a client here 2 years ago and waited 45-1 hours on every appointment. So, you should be prepared for a LONG wait when you come in. This is hard if you are busy or work a job :( That being said, they offer several services (weight loss to chiropractic) and are always very busy. It's a shame that their practice isn't more organized where they can't more people through in an efficient manner. read more

Stem Cell Scam! LifeWorks offers stem cell therapy for people suffering with peripheral neuropathy. They literally charge thousands of dollars for one injection, and the product they use, Corecyte by Predictive Biotech, did absolutely nothing for my neuropathy. They might as well have injected my feet with water. Don't be fooled by these chiropractic offices claiming to improve or even cure your neuropathy. These stem cell products are not approved by the FDA, only registered, and the claims that they have millions of live stem cells are false. If you are considering stem cell therapy for peripheral neuropathy, please check out these websites before wasting your money like I did. I enjoy going to Lifeworks. They have a very structured system and I am on track to feeling better. They have very up to date tools and practices, doctors, physical therapist and front desk secretaries know you by name and I would refer a friend to get treatment there. I started to see Dr. Matt about a year ago for lower back and knee pain. After a short time, that pain was greatly diminished. It has been wonderful to go about my daily activities as a busy mom without pain! What I find truly amazing is how being under Dr. Matt's care affected me in pregnancy. A few months after beginning care, my husband and I found out we were expecting our fourth child. Back pain has always been a part of pregnancy for me, getting worse with each one. With this pregnancy, I had little to no pain even to the day I delivered! I find this amazing and I am so grateful. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't recommend this place. I bought a groupon for this place, they didn't honor what was sold told told me that I just wasn't fit for that. Now they have texted me and told me that I have an appointment that I never would have made because I have no intention of ever going back there. I cannot speak negatively or positively for this place, but I would recommend checking their hours before purchasing their Groupon. My sister bought me one for a gift and I never got a chance to use it because their hours are very limited. I don't understand why they are not open later for people who work later hours. Plus they close during lunch hours? I work until 530, and they close at 630, so I could never get in for an hour massage. Just saying, perhaps they should have some later hours certain days, and be open during lunch hours. read more

If you scroll to the "not recommended" reviews by yelp---they're all high high marks. This is odd that the few negatives are being shown but not the over abundance of positives. I am currently going through treatment and the treatment plan is to reduce inflammation. Not only reduce but GO TO THE SOURCE and possibly eliminate the problem all together. Worst business I have ever been to. I bought a groupon for this location. I made an appointment the 1st visit and they weren't even open on the time of my appointment. I waited 2 hours for the staff to get there. The 2nd visit I set in the waiting room for 45 minutes after my appointment time. I got tired of waiting and walked out. Don't bother wasting your money. I came to Lifeworks in late April because I answered an add for weight loss. My first day was filled with x-rays and questions. I did all of this before telling my wife. I then asked her to come and meet with me and Dr. Matt. I have to say I was very skeptical about the program, especially when they told me I would lose 40 to 60 pounds in 6 weeks, but my wife I thought it was a good investment in my body, because the way I was going, at 54, I don't think I was long for this world. You see I was over weight at almost 240 lbs, I hurt everywhere on my body, my feet, back, legs, hands, neck, and I have Cluster Headaches. So I thought, what did I have to lose, except my money. I started on May 1st, 2013 and after almost 3 months, I have lost almost 60 pounds and my feet, back, legs, don't hurt anymore, AT ALL. As a new client, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this organization knows the value of customer service and goes the extra mile. I needed a blood draw but because I'm one of those people that have very small rolling veins, the tech was unable to find a viable vein. Rather than continuing to poke me, they sent me to a lab to have the blood drawn. The lab was able to make the draw but charged me for the federal express pick up rather than letting me send it in the box already provided. The same day, I got a call from Lifeworks asking how things went at the lab and when I told them that I had been charged, they apologized and after checking with the office manager, offered to either credit me for the amount of the draw, or give me $50 credit (which was more that the blood draw cost) on my account towards my next service/product. Since I knew that I would be going back, I was happy to take the credit on my account. It was not their fault that I have small veins so their willingness to obsorb the charges demonstrates to me that they care about their clients and will go the extra mile to ensure that they are satisfied. read more

I was looking for a new chiropractor in Dec. '13 as my chiropractor had moved to Parkville, MO. The practice was new, I assume, because there was no address nor business name on the building and I had to walk under a ladder to get in. Once inside I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for the doctor. During my wait I was not informed by the staff that the doctor was behind schedule and when I asked about my appointment the staff was surprised I was still waiting, though they could see me sitting with my toddler. When I made the appointment I explained that I was 7 months pregnant and was in need of an adjustment. I did not get an adjustment at my first appointment, and if I try I can understand that being a new patient the doctor would like to evaluate me first. However, the doctor was not aware of my pregnancy and expected to do an x-ray. Upon evaluating me he then talked, in great length, about his findings and recommendations for treatment. I was then surprised that I would not be getting an adjustment at the time. Then when the doctor told me I needed to set up an appointment to further discuss my treatment options before I could set up yet another appointment to get the adjustment I couldn't believe it. Needless to say I did not schedule any further appointments. I then explained my frustrations to the office manager when contacted about my visit. They were gracious enough to send me a voucher for a complimentary massage which I did not feel I could use knowing full well I would not become a patient. Fast forward to 9/2014...... I received a letter in the mail from a DIFFERENT doctor at the practice. This doctor went on about how nice it was to meet me and after reviewing my x-rays she felt I needed to come in to discuss the findings so I could understand what was going on inside my body! She remarked twice about my x-rays and invited me to schedule an appointment to discuss these findings. THERE ARE THREE THINGS INCREDIBLY WRONG WITH THIS!!!!! 1) I DID NOT have x-rays b/c I was pregnant! 2) Those 'findings' were from 9 months ago! 3) I knew what was 'going on inside my body' - I was pregnant!!! read more
