The called numbers appear on a screen in the waiting area. Your number is called to check in, and then you proceed to the assigned window to process your check-in for your service. Then back to the waiting room. The last call for your number for me today was to have my blood drawn in a large room with two phlebotomists. Careful attention was given to draw three vials of blood--bottom line: A pleasant experience in and out of the lab within one hour.

My primary care physician complied. I was ready for my next appointment and prescription was never sent to my pharmacist I was never updated or contacted on anything.
