Unfortunately, none of them had helped me with my pain except a lot of pills that made me feel like a zombie. The pain is so bad I could not do anything except lying in bad in agony. Finally I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Williams by a friend, who was Dr. Williams' former patient. I want to say She is a God send! She was professional, courteous, personable and caring. The most important is that I was almost pain free after two weeks of her Chinese herbal formulas treatment. I was so happy that I was in tears with joy. I have not been felling like this , I do not know, for how many years!!! Her office staff were also wonderful. They made me feel special, not just another number on their patients' list.

I…read moreexplained to the person on the phone that my husband has a history of cancer and that we are looking to meet with someone skilled in chinese medicine that can suggest nutrition, herbs and acupuncture for increased health. The person on the phone told me that Dr. Williams was an acupuncturist, that I would have to set up an appointment and explained the cost of each appointment. I'm familiar with acupuncture but also explained that i wanted to make sure she is skilled in chinese herbs and nutrition. The person on the phone then brashly told me that "WE DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY ON HERBS"! Wow, I've had a long career in the health care industry and this is the first time I've ever heard anyone representing a medical professional (Dr. Williams is an MD) actually tell the potential patient that THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY! I asked for the person's name and found out it is Jared and that he is part owner of the practice. To me, that says it all about this operation and their motivation. The way I was treated was very disappointing and there are plenty of other alternative medicine practices that truly care about the well being of the patient....NOT THIS ONE.
