I was waiting for 15 minutes for my appointment as I arrived 15 minutes prior, as indicated. I happen to look up and see behind the counter a sign with Time delay delays and noticed that the doctor I was seeing was running 45 minutes behind schedule. no doubt the check-in staff was aware that I had checked in. And at no time did anyone make an announcement that this doctor was running 45 minutes late. If I chose to reschedule, it would be two months out. It is absurd that with all the technology and messaging that they are able to do in order to ensure that I arrive on time, they're not able to tell me before I come that there is a delay. 45 minutes is a substantial amount of time to sit there when I have other things I need to be doing. Doctors offices always push to make sure you don't cancel it the last minute or run more than 15 minutes behind, but they do not extend the consideration to let us know that our appointment is delayed. How do I known, I could've run a few errands and arrived at a later time. As it is now, I will not be returning there for any issue.
