I had issues with my old foot provider and needed to try someone new. She was straight to the point and laid out a plan to help fix my foot issue for good. I had been messing with my issue since July and 4 appointments and procedures. Dr Young went straight to work and in two sessions I was all fixed up! I can not say enough about her! I told her I was blind and couldn't use the electronic signature pad. I wasn't asking for Braille, just print copies. She refused repeatedly, and was openly mocking and antagonistic. She demanded my driver's license - it wasn't a polite request, it was a demand - and when I told her I didn't have one, she asked, "Well then, how did you get here?" She was triumphant, as if she had caught me in a lie. If it hadn't been so offensive, it would have been downright comical. I like Dr. Luzzi, but not enough to put up that level of abuse.
