Kristin and Kara designed a program specific to my individual injury. Throughout my treatment, on a regular basis, they revised my exercises to maximize my potential and monitored me carefully to ensure I was performing the exercises correctly. This was essential to my recovery as it protected me from further aggravating my injury. I had been to PT elsewhere, and this is the first time my treatment was so effectively tailored to my needs. Kristin and Kara were extremely capable, and I trusted them completely with my care. They were realistic in their expectations, and were incredibly nice and supportive. They gave me the hope and encouragement I needed to really work my hardest in my recovery. I did not need surgery, but had this been the option, because of my work with Kristin and Kara, I would have been very confident in my after-surgery recovery.
