Worst clinic ever. Was billed for services that were never received and got my car towed in front of their parking lot.

It appears that He loves his work and it shows. He has a great attitude, explains EVERYTHING in detail, which I like. It helps me understand what exactly this exercise is doing or why I hurt. He was also very sensitive to My finances. He recommended that I get gear for PT, but also advised that I could get it online cheaper. (He did not have to say that but did so I could potentially save a few bucks.) The environment is good. I like the dynamics Aaron and Erica have. They are pretty funny and it's actually fun hanging around doing PT. I had Erica one session, she dry needled me and did a great job. She is extremely professional. It's really cute to see her interact with the child patients. She has good rapport with them and always is super friendly and greets you with her amazing smile. The front desk are very good at working with you. I had work meetings that popped up last minute. I had to reschedule and cancel they were great, every time! Their corporate office makes them have multiple Patients at the same time, but they do a good job dividing their attention. I recommend Aaron and Erica, they made my PT experience stellar.

5-Star Review for Full Strength Physical Therapy (formerly Solutions PT), Arlington, Va…read more I can't say enough wonderful things about Full Strength Physical Therapy and especially Andy and Danny. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed into a clean, comfortable, and supportive environment with a genuinely caring team. Andy and Danny are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They truly listen--something that means so much when you're dealing with chronic pain and multiple health challenges. I've been treated for back and neck stenosis, knee issues from a torn meniscus, and ongoing pain, and they have been patient, thoughtful, and determined every step of the way. What really stands out is how much they care about your progress. They take the time to tailor exercises specifically to your needs and clearly explain how to do them at home, which has made a huge difference in my recovery. Their combination of hands-on therapy and targeted exercises has helped improve my mobility, balance, and strength--and most importantly, reduced my pain so I can finally rest better. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. There's a strong sense that everyone is invested in helping you achieve your goals. Convenient location with easy parking is just the icing on the cake. I'm so grateful to have found them--this team has truly made a meaningful, life-changing impact on my quality of life. Highly recommend!

I was referred from my doctor to go to Solutions PT because of a sports injury that made me lose…read moremost of my mobility on my shoulder. I had an initial consultation with Natalie, who was fairly new to the establishment at the time. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable, motivated, and approachable when it comes to this practice. She measured my range of motion and checked my strength and saw that both were very limited. I ended up going to PT twice a week and worked with Natalie during the first half of every session, and then the second half would mostly be done with those who assist with the actual exercises. Natalie's soft tissue work is incredible- don't let her petite frame fool you! She is a boss when it comes to making your muscles cry and then feel much better during the week. She's always considerate and asks if anything is painful and if so, she's always quick to dial her strength back! I've also worked with Anthony and Kyler. Both have been such a joy to work with- they really keep the operation going and are great at demonstrating each of the exercises. They are not only knowledgeable, they are approachable, and have great senses of humor. Today was my last session after a few months of PT. I will say, as a patient, you should always be consistent with the exercises you are given. I felt like I improved immensely in a short amount of time, but I also tried to dedicate 30 minutes to an hour each day to do all the exercises I was given by Natalie. That's another thing to note- Natalie is continuously researching and learning new exercises and will have you try them. She's very dynamic in her methodology when creating an exercise plan for you, so nothing stays stagnant. While I'm so happy that I have full range of motion back, I am so sad to be leaving Solutions. I'm going to miss Natalie, and the team very much. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone who has any discomfort or pain. There are so many PTs here to choose from and each have their own flair when interacting with patients. I couldn't be happier to have had Natalie as my PT. I know that if I ever feel less than 100%, I would come back to Natalie in a heartbeat. Thank you Natalie, Kyler, Anthony, and the rest of the Solutions Team. Even those at the front desk. I believe that everyone here deserves the utmost recognition. I am genuinely appreciative of all of your help and support throughout my experience with my (former) injury!

After obtaining my referral from my doctor, I scheduled my initial appointment with ease online. However, there was a minor mistake of location since I thought I had signed up for this location specifically, but it ended up being at the one on Duke St. Thankfully, they were able to reschedule my appointment at the right location. I knew that I would be required to attend a handful of sessions, so it was important for me to find a place that closed later and really worked with my availability. Wendy works the front desk and she's great. She really helped working with my insurance when there was some minor complication regarding my last few sessions. Andrew was my PT and he been really awesome to work with, helping to improve my range of motion, as well as strengthening a few weak joints. He makes sure you're able to do the stretches and strengthening without overdoing it. And he even helps to alleviate any pain or discomfort you're feeling during the sessions, which I usually get done at the end. I really appreciate the laid back and comfortable environment at this PT location. The staff and interns working here are all helpful, friendly, and attentive. They are always cleaning/sanitizing between clients, so you know they care about the people they serve. I know I'll have to be back in the future (especially after a possible surgery), so I know I will receive great care when I'm here. I highly recommend!

I was assured that my insurance would cover the costs beyond my copayment, which turned out not to be true. At the conclusion of my therapy, I received one bill, then another two months later, that was 3 times higher than the first. I also would not recommend this place because the therapist who was assigned to me, while competent and caring, was a therapist in training, still needing to pass exams and not yet fully certified. I wasn't told this, and it wouldn't have matter to me except that I was billed (months after the therapy concluded) between $235 and $375 per session, which never lasted more than an hour and which is about 3 times as much as I would pay if I didn't have insurance and just walked into a PT practice. Those are crazy rates. Seems fraudulent to me, and definitely not worth $235 or $375. Way cheaper to hire your own personal therapist, or not use insurance when paying.

Every day chores became 3x harder because the slightest bit of movement caused shooting pain from my lower back down to the back of my right leg. I couldn't even lift my then one year old child without hurting myself. It felt like I had a spine of an 80 year old, at only 22. I saw various specialists and underwent different procedures but nothing helped to improve my back until physical therapy. From day one at this facility, Dale was attentive to my needs and was always encouraging me. I really liked that she challenged me every session and believed in my abilities when I didn't. She is very knowledgeable and helped me in finding ways to improve my posture, movement, sleep position, and home workout. She is also very knowledgeable of the equipments, especially the reformer, which helped me a ton with gaining my strength back. I made a full recovery and now living pain free for almost 2 years.
