Your opinion of Dr. Pally.....are of other patients not herself. Anyway Kay before you judge get your facts correct before smearing another person in an attempt to ruin their profession. Kay do a personal survey of, say 10 different doctors with questions like, 1. How devoted are you to your profession as a doctor? 2. How many hours of family time do you spend? 3. How many hours do you spend charting each patients chart? 4. How many hours do you spend making hospital rounds (if applicable)? 5. How many hours of research regarding patients Dx? Etc. Kay Y. this is just a sample of questions you need to ask before giving poor ratings/reports regarding a doctor. How would you like someone rating you which could jeopardize your employment? Doctors are human they are not better nor less then we are.....We are all equal, some of their degrees takes years and years of learning and still learning as they are strick guide lines to follow such as knowing and keeping up with all the rules and regulations and the expectations by the AMA (American Medical Association) and its constant changes ....Doctors don't have a care free life like you and I, WHY? Simply because they bring their work home with concerns to take care of you/me.......Hope you understand what it takes as a Physician and all legalities they must contend with in their daily lives and the sacrifices they make over his/her own personal lives. ....Think before you make judgement on anyone....you could ruin and cripple their lives forever. God bless you Kay Y. Cordially, Peggy Pacheco Las Vegas, Nevada

I saw Dr. Hutchins at 15899 Los Gatos Blvd Los Gatos, CA…read more95032 location. I am posting this review under both locations to share the wealth of knowledge with more. Dr. Hutchins is the first doctor I've seen that actually pays attention to what is going on with me from what I've told her and to actual visual evidence of problems. I have seen several doctors in the past two years and none have been as thorough as her, nor were they able to notice the things she noticed. I went to see Dr. Hutchins as a new patient. Although I arrived a couples minutes late, she took the time to actually find out what my concerns were and to get to the bottom of them. (I have been to several doctors that rushed me through visits whether early, on time, or later, which resulted in my concerns never getting addressed and the visit being a waste.) She asked me several questions to get more details. I had been previously diagnosed with IBS, but I had never had testing done to rule out other possibilities. Dr. Hutchins ordered a test to cover every possibility, including an ultrasound. She wanted to make sure she didn't miss anything before she dismissed my stomach issues as IBS. None of my previous doctors did this. They automatically said it was IBS. In addition, during my checkup she noticed some physical abnormalities, which pointed to other possible conditions. After asking me more in depth questions, I realized I had more symptoms of these conditions. No doctor every paid attention to these details. If her suspicions were correct all of my problems would be explained and I can have a peace of mind knowing what is going on with me. I will know the results next week, so I will followup then. My visit with her reminded me a bit of Dr. House because she is so perceptive, but without the horrible personality. She is very friendly and sociable. She made me feel comfortable during my visit. I usually feel uncomfortable when visiting doctors, especially if it involves them checking my bare body, but from the moment she entered the room until she left, I felt at ease. She also makes you feel like an equal. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I don't know what more one could want from a doctor. I'm definitely keeping her as my primary.

The front desk measured my height, weight, then ask me to collect a urine sample. OK. That was fine. Now that I'm recalling the sequence of events. She wasn't even a nurse or anything. Red flag. Then she told me to sit down and wait. While I was waiting in another room. I could hear the doctor answering the phone, 2-3 times. I knew it was the doctor because he said his name after picking it up. So I had no idea he was with a patient or whatever that was happening. At almost 5, I went to ask, front desk said once the doctor is done with that. Again, I wasn't sure it was a patient or whatever. I guess it was clear to them. At 5:15. I went back to the front desk and said, I don't know what's going on here, my appointment was at 4:30, I'm using my sick time from work, I can't just keep waiting here. She's like, do you want to reschedule? Of course, after driving there in traffic for half an hour and waited meaninglessly for another half an hour. I want to try doing this again some other time. There was another older lady at the front desk, she's like come, come in. So I finally see the doctor. I obviously want to complain to him. He didn't even apologize when he started talking. He said very sarcastically "your time is so important", and there's no way he could have known how much longer it was delayed and was kind enough to come to reassure me. Then he said, if you go to an emergency room, you wait for four hours. I finally came to my senses, I said, you know what, don't bother. I asked back my forms from the front desk and left. I have been to other doctor's offices and clinics. There has been delay and conflict of schedule by mistake. No other doctors have handled the situation so terribly and unprofessionally. Last remark: stay away, "run for your life, people!"
