If additional clearance or review was necessary, this should have been addressed before the appointment rather than after we had both arranged our schedules and come to the studio. When I arrived, Marie focused on the tape on my nose and repeatedly referred to it as a "bandage" even after I explained that it was simply removable tape I had applied myself. She took a photo and sent it for further review, which resulted in me being left waiting well past my appointment time. Eventually, I was told the tape was completely fine. Then the concern shifted to a tiny amount of flaky skin, despite there being no redness or inflammation. I tried to explain this to Marie, but I did not feel that she was listening to what I was actually telling her. I completely understand legitimate safety protocols. What I do not understand is why I disclosed my recent surgery more than two months ago, was specifically told to wait six weeks, followed those instructions, confirmed my appointment, arranged my day around it, and then only after arriving was subjected to additional scrutiny over whether I could be treated. If additional review or clearance was required, that should have been handled before my appointment rather than after I had already shown up. I do want to specifically mention that Cheyenne was great. She was very apologetic about what happened, listened to my concerns, and handled the situation professionally. I really appreciated the way she treated me. Unfortunately, my experience with Marie was the opposite and left me feeling that my time and explanations were not respected.

Unfortunately, the scheduling and repeated cancellations have been extremely frustrating. Appointments usually need to be booked about a month in advance. After waiting that long, having an appointment canceled the day before is very disappointing. Since August, they have canceled my appointments three times, leaving me unable to receive my treatments for three consecutive months. Both my Botox and laser hair removal treatments have been repeatedly delayed. My biggest concern is that they collect payment upfront but don't seem to have enough availability to provide the treatments people have already paid for. If they don't have enough nurses, management should address that before continuing to sell more prepaid treatments. It's frustrating to pay for services and then struggle to actually receive them. The front desk staff sometimes seem to be doing their best with a situation outside their control. On some occasions, I've been offered a complimentary treatment after a cancellation; on others, I haven't. The way cancellations are handled feels inconsistent, and complimentary treatments don't make up for months of delays. I appreciate the nurses and staff, but the scheduling, reliability, and overall management need improvement. If you're considering paying upfront, I strongly recommend checking appointment availability and booking your treatments first. Based on my experience, paying in advance does not guarantee you'll be able to receive your treatments when scheduled.
