Well that didn't work! I had heard about this place for years as being the best around so I went in for the commitment. I went twice a week for about 5-6 weeks. For awhile I thought maybe it wasn't going to help... as the pain still persisted. But my trainer, Jessica Endo, wanted to keep trying. She was transparent too, and said if she couldn't improve it that she would either ask her colleagues and/or send me back to my doctor. So I felt good knowing she was open minded about the outcome. Despite the fact that I fully paid my bill in 2021 for those prior services, she refused to schedule me, stating it was because of that same old billing issue from five years ago THAT I PAID!!! I find it very unprofessional that a receptionist can hold a grudge over the office's own prior billing mistake and then deny services. During our recent phone call, Wendy was antagonistic and argumentative, and the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. I recommend Rob Nabor find a better front end receptionist to represent his business. This was a very insulting interaction. Windy's voice & defensiveness is most unprofessional.

Going into physical therapy I was scared that I would never fully get that function back. My sessions usually started with Chrissy massaging and assessing my muscles, then I would do some finger exercises, then some shoulder exercises, and then it would end with electric stimulation. The facility itself is very very clean and new looking. They have a very full gym available for you to work through anything you need. Plenty of e-stim machines and additional tools to work on your specific problem. Chrissy was also really great about lending me tools to take home so that I could practice daily. Words cannot even explain how appreciative I am of Chrissy and Raymond. Not only did they help me build function and strength back into my hand, but they were so incredibly supportive and uplifting the entire time. I had clearly noted that the amount I have to pay per session is clearly the decision maker for me and I dont want any surprises, insurance or not. All said and done, 60 days after my session ended, they started sending me a bill, which I talked 2 times and now it is all- you signed a document accepting to pay, we can only give your approximate values, we cannot waste time explaining you all these. To be fair, their therapists are good, i have no complain. But guess there is lack of professionals and professionalism from administration. I would avoid going here for any future services as mental cost of dealing with this negates physical gains.
