How to describe my journey with Tiffany... I don't even know…read morewhere to start. I don't think a kinder soul on the planet exists. Throughout the time I have worked with Tiffany, I have been able to dig deep and have conversations with not only her but with myself that I haven't had before. Her unwavering support has encouraged me to believe in myself and trust my instincts. She is able to challenge me to formulate my thoughts and feelings and turn them into actions. I reached out to Tiffany in hopes of figuring out a new career path and figure out what I'm passionate about. While we still speak about my career, it has evolved into so much more than that. She provides a safe space, without judgement. Tiffany's energy is uplifting yet calming at the same time. I feel so fortunate to have connected with her and I feel like I can truly call her a friend. I found Tiffany by chance, while scrolling through Yelp. Something pulled me towards reaching out to her. If you happen to be scrolling too and see this review (and I never leave reviews), it is SO worth it. I fully believe that you will have the best experience as well!!

AOC Research is a good company to obtain information and will pay you for your time. I have done…read moreone study here in the past. I completed a short survey online and when I was selected, I received a follow up call to confirm my survey answers. I was given a choice of days and times to come in and complete a more in depth survey. Some are just talk, some are food and drink tasting. Since then the building has received a nice makeover on the inside. I noticed different meeting rooms were named after Charlotte neighborhoods. I saw NoDa and Dilworth. After you arrive, you're given instructions, survey is performed and you're compensated. Cut and dry. No gimmicks. Try it!

They are a great partner who helps make our clients happy, which is the most important part. They do an amazing job with participant recruitment: we given them too little time to find hard-to-find people and they still always find the folks we're looking for. When we're on-site, AOC takes very good care of my team and my client. They are gracious hosts with a beautiful facility: each studio has a client phone room, antechamber w/ table, and a bathroom. This is one of only two facilities I've ever seen with an in-studio bathroom, which is a very nice touch. It's clear the entire AOC team takes pride in their work, which makes it a pleasure partnering with them on research studies. If you are searching for a place to conduct your market or user experience research in Charlotte, stop looking and give AOC a call.

LHH provides personalized resume review and advice on the current branding and networking trends in the job market. Most of it happens online but somethings don't automate well and you get to talk with a real live person. This morning's resume thing went well, get some badly needed assistance with structure and organization but still able to keep the "me" in the details. Appointment with my career consultant in the afternoon to discuss career plans/goals and check for holes in my work history, online presence, and soft skills IRL. yea! no red flags! Additionally, I was shown a whole host of online material available to view and review: networking, computer-ing, interviewing, start-ups, changing careers, and more. Lots of self paced learning and links to company research and information sites so you are not completely disadvantaged in the hiring game. Access to the live stuff has an expiration date but the canned product will always be available. When it's all said and done the people at LHH are great resources but someone still has to do the work... :-\
