I should have known once I saw that his site is "www.greencards.com" which just screams scummy. Another tip that i ran into later was during the time I was trying to use him he had 3 different assistants or whatever they are called (not the receptionist) which among other things caused lots of "misunderstandings" (and now there seems to be another assistant?). I paid a fortune for *HELP* and instead i got documents with "check lists" and I was stuck trying to figure out where to get many of the documents and would get belated responses if any responses at all. When I was waiting for the visa to come through and had questions his office (apparently he was too busy to blow me off directly) would tell me to call immigration? Any idea what kind of morase the immigration phone system is like? What did i pay all the money for just to be told call immigration? I literally spent a week trying to get through the immigration system. A friend of mine suggested calling my congressman and viola! all of a sudden my visa come through in like 2 weeks, after 6 months of waiting, not even including the application process - I am still trying to figure out what I was actually paying for, I certainly thought I would be getting more help than a check list and someone to "submit" my application. He is connected with the Carolina Trade Council which i cant figure out, probably to schmooze and find more victims, if they want to retain any kind of respect they will distance themselves from him as much as possible (we are talking like earth to pluto kind of distance).
