He is focused on both the candidate and the hiring team which I believe is critical for a long term match. His team at SSG clearly takes their lead from him. Most recently in my role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jarrett has helped me recruit several sales and marketing candidates in a difficult environment. He is tenacious and prompt and provides above average or exceptional candidates. Emil continues to interact with me even as he leads his organization, which is a key touch and appreciated.

I frequently have other PEO's trying to get my business stating the TriNet can not give us personalized service, but that is not my experience at all. Even though I have never met many of the people I deal with they give me great service. I have a payroll specialist that I speak with weekly, a HR representative that is available when ever I have HR questions, and boy do I have questions. I have a representative that comes to see me monthly and sends me emails frequently to check in. Once I had a questions that HR suggested I speak with an attorney, and they arranged a free phone conference with a local attorney! My local representative gets me resources to help with our annual safety training, and a door prize for our employees. I love everyone on my Trinet SOI team. Some say the cost is expensive, and they would be right but my mother taught me that sometimes you get what you pay for. We differently get what we pay for, and Trinet proves it to me every week that we have made the right choice. Thanks for all you do Thomas Vien, Daniel Salmeron, Debra Fox & Dee Sawa! These Trinet employees are the best! Love you guys! Tracy Advanced Surfaces
