Established in 2002.

In 2002, Jeremy Gnozzo sat at his parents' kitchen table armed with nothing but a phone book, a rotary telephone, and determination. Jeremy soon developed a national reputation in the executive search industry and built long-lasting relationships with some of the most prestigious companies in the world. Jeremy's ability to understand his client's needs, identify and evaluate talent, and work collaboratively with his clients to secure top-level executives springboarded our retained search firm to where it is today. By consistently delivering top talent to our business partners, the firm grew as well as our reputation for delivering top executive talent when other firms fell short. Jeremy has surrounded himself with a team of the most talented and expertly trained headhunters in the business.
