Received an unsolicited text at 6am from Emily Florence from ''Search Solution Group Recruitment…read more''. She said that she got my phone number from the recruiting database. She said that they have some opportunities and can she share some Work opening information with me. I find it extremely unethical to obtain my personal phone number by purchase (I did not reach out or give you this information). Then, have the odasidy to wake someone up outside of business hours to ask if you can share opportunities. I never once told you I was looking for a job or was interested in hearing from you. As a company that is paid when I get hired for one of your positions, you should have higher morals and treat people with respect. This is harassment and I would never want to work with a recruiting company that acted this way. Your self-proclaimed "aggressive recruitment" is unscrupulous and unprofessional.

Emailed the recruiter two days before scheduled interview to verify the interview time since she…read morescheduled the interview with the wrong time zone. The day before the interview I called and left a message on the recruiter's voicemail, she did not return my call. Later that day, I received an email confirming my interview for the correct time. Arrived to the agency early, as requested, only to wait way past my scheduled time. I kept being told by staff "she will be with you shortly". 45 mins later, a lady on her way out (I assume the boss) noticed that I was waiting so long. The TLDR, my recruiter no longer worked with the company, her coworker felt she could handle both her and my recruiter's workload and as a result she was backlogged. Then I was informed they had nothing for me. Pissed is an understatement.

I just had a long grueling conversation with jasmine armstrong of talent bridge of charlotte nc…read more and that conversation was very toxic . First off she did an amazing job helping me with looking for jobs while I was working and looking for another job . Had an interview set up with her and things change . i had to sit on campus for sign for my cap and gown and diploma for my engineer degree . I reached out to her and ask if she could have the job reschedule my interview a day before hand . That's when things change her entire attitude changed and she wasn't being helpful at all. Instead of helping me like a recruiter suppose to do she instead is arguing with me like yes pass up your registration for graduation and attend this job it's more important. Instead of having a 5 min call to reschedule she's telling me she can have others take this opportunity over me . So i ask how is this professional ?

I was unfortunately in a position where my company made cuts and I was in the position looking for…read morea new job. I met with a number of staffing agencies, as well as, searching on my own. I applied for a job on one of the search engines, which was actually posted by Talent Bridge (It did not say Talent Bridge on the posting). The job was a position posted to be working in Rock Hill, SC, which I did not mind. I got a call from the recruiter to dicuss the position. She mentioned the job was actually in Lancaster, SC and wanted to see if I was interested. Lancaster is much further than Rock Hill, so absolutely not. I was not thrilled with this deception to bait people in since Lancaster is not really the ideal work place for most people. The recruiter mentioned there were a couple other jobs that might be a fit and requested I come in to meet. I took the time to come in, and out of all the staffing agencies, this was the quickest meet and greet, really 10 minutes or less. The recruiter mentioned there were two positions she would submit my resume for, and I inquired when I would hear back. She mentioned that week. I never did hear back from her on the positions or from her at all for anything else or even to check in. Ultimately a waste of my time, but I had to check every avenue out.
