Great service, fair pricing, and beautiful work!…read more I found this company through their Yelp reviews and messaged them through Yelp. They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, so we decided to move forward. The crew came just one week later, right on schedule, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet beautifully. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

The general expectations for install were never communicated to us, we have never replaced flooring and didn't know they would be demoing the entire house and then installing, requiring us to vacate the home. For someone new, it's reasonable to assume they might go room by room? Maybe not. Setting out general expectations and timelines in advance would be great. 2. The job took much longer than originally stated. 3. Quality of baseboards that they replaced was much lower than what we originally had installed. 4. The overall quality of the install was poor. It was clear they had no idea how to work with this newer product. Especially when it came to the stairs which they redid and it's still not right. 5. Photos included of messy filler/caulking, install spaces between joints and large spaces next to walls, creaky steps (multiple). I waited one year to review as the sales person said that "of course the steps will creak when they are new but when they settle in it won't". I feel like they are "settled" now but they still creak like crazy. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, we thought we were getting quality install and were ok with paying more but that was not the case.

It wasn't the cheapest quote, but this is certainly a situation where you get what you pay for! Flooring is not the area where you want to cut corners. I've always heard that you shouldn't be cheap with anything that goes between you and the ground (e.g., shoes, bed, car etc.) The tiler in particular was incredibly meticulous and made sure every detail was spot on. He made sure the floor was perfectly level and worked efficiently and quickly but didn't take any shortcuts. The carpet guys were similarly professional and everyone was helpful and happy to answer any questions I had about the process. I'm usually a very picky person and they literally gave me nothing to complain about! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and out of all the contractors I've worked with they are easily among the best. Great experience with America's Finest Carpet Company…read more I called to inquire about getting LVP for my whole downstairs area. I spoke to Robert and he suggested we come into the showroom to look at their extensive inventory. We liked their products and selected a handful of LVPs. We then looked at 2 other companies for quotes and although AFC wasn't the cheapest, it was the mid-range quote and we felt it was reasonable. When Robert came to do measurements, he was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He brought samples of some of the LVPs we selected in their showroom so we were able to see how it would look in our house. What we selected was in stock and they were able to start the job the following week. The process was quick and easy. In addition to having our carpet replaced with LVP, we needed to have our existing tile demolished. The 3-man crew of Angel, Oscar, and Juan arrived promptly on Monday and finished the whole job by Friday afternoon. They were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond, moving furniture (which was included in the price) and also moved things back and forth per our requests. They also made sure to cover the walls due to the dust the demolition generated. They worked hard every day. We had furniture delivered on the last day (Friday) and they made space for it, as they were not quite done. They were very polite and respectful, treating our home and furniture with great care. I highly recommend AFC to anyone looking to have new flooring. If/when I need my 2nd story floors done, I will return to AFC for the job.
