The MDR space is convenient, professional, inviting, with a diverse membership. Plenty of great opportunities to network and socialize if that is your goal, but there's never any pressure if you're just there to get your work done. Keith and Joe are not just the owners, they're all around great guys, always willing to help out with any issues. The three women who run eOffice go above and beyond every single day to ensure tenants feel heard, valued, informed, considered, and appreciated. The grounds are beautiful, with a vibrant courtyard that's genuinely uplifting, and the amenities are fabulous -- great coffee, tea, hot water, and fully stocked vending machines with tons of variety. The office kitchenette is small but incredibly functional and thoughtfully maintained. Because it's such a great building, it naturally attracts thoughtful and wonderful people. In an era where so many can work from home, I actually look forward to leaving the house and coming into my office here. I give eOffice my highest recommendation.

Meler did a stunning job of taking advantage of this unique space and as a result the event itself was magnificent and flawless. (Pictured is the young guru Mr. Meler himself). His company: Lumiere, puts on fashion shows here in the states as well as in Hong Kong and Dubai. That said, this review is meant to shine a light on the facility itself-One Culver. For those in the know who have called Culver City home for the last 20-25 plus years, most could tell you one thing...and that was that no one cared to visit or even remotely ponder what in the heck was going on at this location. This building had a serious identity crisis before someone finally realized you could put on great events (fashion or otherwise) within its vast interior. Shaped somewhat like a step pyramid from the outside and built mere feet from Sony Studios, it never really had its own identity. That is to say, it was known as the building with a really cool exterior, but a zero in terms of what it was actually being used for. Those days finally appear to be over. If the inside is used for events such as the recent Fashion Week, it would justify the buildings existence now more than ever. Numerous offices, production companies, half decent restaurants- you name it have all called this place home at one point or another. Building management hit a home run by greenlighting this recent production. As a result, this facility is now on the map in the Heart of Screenland, Culver City. Props to the mayor and the city (who were sponsors of the event) to help shed a light on this incredible building and its potential. The future is bright for One Culver-provided it continues to utilize its interior for exactly what it was meant for: entertainment!

The best coworking space on the west side! I've tried them all (Wework, Blank Spaces, Spaces, Kinn,…read more& Moss) There's nothing like Beach House, it's literally a block from the beach. The difference is that most of these spaces only offer communal picnic tables to cowork, but at Beach House everyone has their own desk, monitor, and divider so it's more private. This is unheard of at other spaces unless you rent a full time desk. There are tons of spaces to work, and they have a really nice patio. There's phone booths to take calls and free coffee. I ride my bike in three days a week and some days I drive there so I can bring my dog. The plans are pretty flexible and they let me cancel for the holidays the week before my billing period, then resign up after the new year. I've brought colleagues in to work with me and they've been pretty lax about it. Have rented a small conference room from them a few times too, which was really reasonable and convenient. The internet is crazy fast. The staff is super nice. I also have a mailbox with them, so my business address is set up there. Can't beat all the restaurants next door. Oh & they have PUPPIESS. They have a puppy rescue in one of their offices so there's literally puppies there every day. 10/10

In this area, there are plenty of inexpensive parking structures. Because parking near BLANKSPACES Santa Monica is relatively easy and this part of town is so beautiful, I would highly recommend using this space to Meetup event organizers, entrepreneurs or event planners. It's easy to make an appointment to take a tour the space. Also, it's very cool that it's so close to The 3rd Street Promenade. I haven't used the Santa Monica location for coworking yet. I'm curios about the experience. I do like the DTLA location for coworking.
