I am actually from Ohio and came across this spa doing an online search. I was planning a spa day for my friend who was getting married and some of my sisters and so all communication was by phone or e-mail. Needless to say I was a little skeptical when we arrived but I was quickly proven other wise and we four ladies had a fantastic and very relaxed and rejuvenating day! I started off with the soothing coconut milk baths and the water stayed warm the whole time and moisturized my skin. They offered a cold compass for my eyes and treated me to warm cinnamon apples, trail mix, a cranberry cookie, and lemon water. I then moved on to hour massage and Jaline who was very friendly, professional and explained every step of the massage before she began. She was fabulous, made sure I was comfortable and modest, and even gave me some tips on some stretch to do at home to help my hip that holds a lot of tension. The bed was kept heated and comfortable. After, I moved on to a 30-min express facial and then pedicure and again the therapist was professional and courteous and explained what was being used. I was treated to more snacks with sparkling cider and a hot neck wrap. I obviously don't now exactly how everyone's appointments went but not one of us had any complaints leaving. This facility is beautiful and kept spotless. We never felt rushed and loved spending time by the fireplace in the meditation room. Hot tea and fruit-infused water is always available along with warm blankets. The robes are fantastic and keep you warm and cozy. We also spent some time in the steam room and again felt so relaxed. We even joked the music was the most hypnotizing and calming, not your typical enya tracks I have heard everywhere else. They provide everything to get ready after (showers, soap, blow dryer, straightener, brushes) so you can leave and head right to your next activity for the day. We loved the attention to detail and being called by our first names the whole appointment. Thank you ladies of Bountiful Sego Lily for providing a perfect get away for us! I try to get a spa day every 3 months or so, and I always end up back at one of the Sego Lily locations. This was my first time at the Bountiful location and I have to say I was completely impressed. The decor reminds me of a beautiful European hotel full of soothing taupe and wood. The receptionist was gracious and showed me around to prep for my treatments. This time around I had the Honey Body Polish with Lexie and the 90 minute pedicure with Thea. The Body Polish starts in a steam room that immediately makes you want to relax. Lexie was a wonderful therapist and I felt invigorated after my treatment. Thea was a delight for for my pedicure. She was great company and I left with beautiful toes and a recommendation for clementine oil that definitely keep the winter blues away. read more

My husband and I do couple massages a lot we have been to several places.We haven't found the place until now. We went in for a 60 minute massage and wow it was amazing, relaxing, warm professional skilled people with various options Available. Starts off with soft cozy Robes then off to the best massages we have had. Then to the showers with everything and I mean everything a woman needs to get ready to go. We made another appointment Prior to leaving for next month. This time 90 min. We are done looking for our place, We will be back every month Seriously this is the number one place people. read more

We went for my fiancé's birthday and did the Couples Sweet Retreat. The bath (soak) was so relaxing. They provided drinks, snacks, cool towels and eye masks, along with bath bombs and exfoliating gloves so we were very comfortable. The massages were great as well. Seara and Eban both were awesome about checking to make sure we were both very comfortable! They even provided a nice little birthday gift with product samples in it for my fiancé! Sego Lily exceeded my expectations. I had never been inside your Bountiful location but every detail from the fine mens-grooming products available in the mens room, to the complimentary sweet and salty snacks, tea, meditation room, mind-blowing ultra-relaxing massage, along with the freedom to enjoy the steam room and shower, made my first visit memorable for all the right reasons. What a beautiful place to relax! I love every minute that I get to spend here. The music is very soothing and the atmosphere makes me feel like I'm on an incredible vacation. I get a massage every chance I get and have never been disappointed. My favorite service is the Ultimate Body Cure, a massage and scrub in a steam room with showers all across my table. I went in for an eyebrow waxing. Got my appt made and went in. The place was clean and nice, the waiting room was calming and very spa like. Abbi was my esthetician and she was so nice and helpful. I could tell she was trying to be gentle with the waxing. The receptionist was nice. Definitely a good experience and I will be back. read more

Spent the afternoon at Sego yesterday. Although there were a few changes due to Covid it was still a great experience. It's been months since I've had a massage and needed it more than ever! Every esthetician I've had here is gentle and kind. The front desk personnel are helpful and friendly. The ambiance is tranquil and peaceful. The entire place, including the locker rooms and bathrooms, is clean. Cleanliness is a big deal to me. And the prices are reasonable not too pricey. read more
