In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. Both massage therapists were super friendly and professional and the other staff is always so nice as well. Both my wife and I will 100% be back to try out more of their services

We both had the 60 minute "Relax" massage with scalp add on and it was one of the BEST massage experiences I've ever had! My massage therapist was Jordan. I've never had a male massage therapist before so I was pretty nervous about it. But Jordan was extremely professional and did a great job of being respectful and putting me at ease. We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. He had such a calming, peaceful presence and wonderful touch as well - truly was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! All of their treatments include heated stone work which was just heavenly. And the scalp add on was definitely something I'd get again - as you'd imagine, it's a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL's massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL's first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we'll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don't have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I've been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you'd expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that's pretty standard for most places. They're located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn't see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues. Tysm to Jordan and Harmonie for making our pre-wedding girls day so special and helping us relax during all the wedding chaos! Hope to see yall again soon!

I used to go to this location & schedule a 90 minute massage. I'd go in around my time scheduled,…read moresometimes 5 minutes late, then it would take them another 5 minutes to come in & then they would end 15 minutes before the 90 minutes was over, so paying for 90 minutes got me about 60. This place is the he biggest rip off for time I've ever seen! I went here for a couple years, which is my fault for not canceling my membership, but I will not be going back.

Last summer I signed up for the monthly membership at Hand and Stone for massages and facials,…read morethinking it would be a great deal. However, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. First, the membership requires you to pay $79 every month which is automatically deducted from your credit card. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it in every month and accumulated several credits. When I tried to cancel, I discovered that I had to provide 30 days' notice* and go into the office to do so--they won't let you cancel over the phone. I learned that I had *90 days to use my accumulated credits*, but due to the holiday season and getting sick for most of January, I was unable to use them. I reached out to customer service today January 24 to see when my 90 days ended. I thought it was the end of January but was told it was January 9 so I kindly asked if they could extend the expiry date, given my circumstances, but was told no. Instead, I was advised to pay for another month to use my credits, which feels incredibly unfair. It's frustrating that they keep your money ($240 in my case) without allowing you to use the services you've paid for. I believe this membership program is a total scam, and I urge others to think twice before signing up. In conclusion, if you're considering a membership with Hand and Stone, be aware of their strict policies regarding credits and cancellations. You might end up paying for services you can't use.

Perfect way to end the day after a whole day of snowboarding! Just like most establishments in…read moredowntown, this place doesn't have their own parking lot so give yourself a little bit more time to look for street parking. My husband and I were able to book within the same day for a 90-min experience. We had a private room with an infrared dry sauna, steam room/shower, and a small space with a bench to place our belongings. It looked like there was only one other room for a couple but I'm not sure if they had more that I didn't see? It was nice that we were able to connect our own music to the Bluetooth speakers. We paid $115 for the both of us since we upgraded $5 to include Halotherapy which is a salt capsule released in the infrared sauna. The salt capsule lasted for maybe about 20 minutes but it felt nice breathing it in. Outside on the patio, there were 2 cold plunge tubs. The colder one is a one-person pod while the less cold (which was still soooo cold) could fit 2 people but it'd be better to just do one at a time. There's also a 2-person jacuzzi outside. There's also a set of outdoor furniture that looks inviting to hang out in on a warmer day. Rosa checked us in and thoroughly explained the process since it was our first time here. She was welcoming, helpful, and patient with all of our questions. The experience itself was so rejuvenating. We stayed in the infrared sauna for about 25 minutes (they also provide sunglasses to block out the light), then the steam sauna for about 10 minutes then we hurried outside to cold plunge. We came here in the winter time and so it was already so cold out in the patio. The cold plunge felt so good after being the heat for a while but I could only last for 30-60 seconds before my body gave up. It was nice getting to scurry on over to the hot tub afterwards. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here! I wish we had something like this where I'm from. Next time we're in town for snowboarding, I'll definitely come back here again!

Absolutely relaxing and will be coming again soon. I recommend the halotherapy, which is the saline spray for the dry sauna - it opened up my pores and I could breathe better. In the dry sauna, you can change the lighting to different colors, connect your phone with bluetooth for music, and then right after hop in to a super steamy shower. They also have complimentary tea and water. Do the cold plunge and jacuzzi as well. Props to the owner for being so chill and welcoming.
