After going back and forth, and showing them the proof of payment, they said we were good to go and I moved on. This process literally happened probably three times. However, my credit report was just hit with a bill from Legacy that is two years old. Writing this is painful because I genuinely liked Dr Heaton. He's great and I would love to continue going there but there are some serious problems inside of the billing department that are now directly hitting my credit. To the Legacy Derm Dept - I just paid Bonneville Collections. You won. You got paid (again.) I'm genuinely disappointed and shocked that you would do this despite my being such a long term patient.

The office is perfectly clean and neat and decorated with a peaceful feel. Everyone you meet in the office, is so friendly and helpful, and the doctors are the best in the business. My husband has multiple skin cancers and has to have MOHS surgery often, they take such good care of him, and he actually loves going, and visiting with everyone in the office and the doctors. The office is clean and neat, and the staff is very friendly and customer oriented, and always prompt to call back. There is times that dr. Bahr will take the time to answer my questions on the phone and save me a trip to the office. Also he will not attempt to up sell products or procedures that you do not need. We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. And the scalp add on was definitely something I'd get again - as you'd imagine, it's a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL's massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL's first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we'll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don't have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I've been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you'd expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that's pretty standard for most places. They're located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn't see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues. I have been coming to Elase at Station Park, off and on, for about 3 years for IPL to my face, neck and chest. The week before, I made my usual IPL appointment and with a specific esthetician. I showed up to my appointment on time and checked in. The receptionist said that esthetician called in sick and another would do my treatment. But, she only had time to do IPL to my face instead of my usual treatment. I was also given the opportunity to reschedule the treatment to all three areas and with my original esthetician over the next week or two. Unfortunately for me, this was Friday afternoon, I had taken time off work and cleared my schedule for the next few days to heal from the swelling I always have after IPL. And, I was gonna go out of town for a couple of weeks. I couldn't do this again anytime soon. I was angry because I thought I should have (at least) been called before I showed up but, also because I made this appointment in person and confirmed twice... and to no avail! During the back and forth, Kelsie came out and kindly offered to do my entire treatment right now! She said it would be no problem and that she would "make it happen." I was thrilled! During the treatment, she was charming and personable... as always! She did an amazing job and I got an awesome result.
