I'd probably keep going there if it weren't for the unprofessional & ignorant employees. My last two sessions, I had to listen to one of the lash technicians making racially derogatory comments about Asian and South African people. Instead of the employees & OWNER holding each other accountable to a professional standard, they laughed and encouraged it. My last visit I addressed it to my lash tech/the owner Tara. To which she replied, "I don't think you understand how much we joke with each other". After a disingenuous apology, it's safe to say that there's a lack of leadership at this establishment. I won't be returning.
