She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered amazing genuine advice and kept me in loop as she shaped them! She educated me on my face and bone structure and how it would compliment different styles, informed me on where I could improve or enhance certain aspects. She took the time to have me see how they were coming along and gave me options on how we could shape them more. While she does wax and use different methods, for me she took the care to individually pluck and shape me! I look forward to my appointments because they are quick, as painless as possible, and the staff here is all so friendly. I just recently started getting my upper lip waxed as well, something I NEVER used to do because it is so painful. Of course, there's always some pain in getting waxed, but coming to Ero Edge has been one of the least painful waxing experiences I've had. Ryanne is so detail oriented, always making sure that my brows are the perfect shape and that she gets every last hair on my upper lip. My brows always look amazing when I leave. The studio itself is clean and beautiful, with a check in counter as you enter, a small shopping area to the left as you walk in featuring products from local woman-owned businesses, and a cute seating area with little snacks while you wait. I'm astounded at the variety and difference between all the brows she's done (as opposed to knowing one way to do it), but it's always right for the client. She has done my brows twice now and both experiences resulted in exactly what I wanted. My favorite compliment from people when they hear my brows are microbladed is "really? I can't tell, it just looks like you have a lot of natural hair!" I sent my mom to Kaibree as a Mother's Day gift last May and my mom says "best thing I've ever done". She's blonde and her brows used to looked nonexistent. She would get them tinted but it never lasted long. She wouldn't even shape them because she didn't feel it made a difference. Now she has natural looking brows that frame her face and look consistent every morning and I don't think she'll ever look back . TLDR: Kaibree gave my mom and I amazing brows and personalized consultations and I would recommend her to anyone!

In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. Both massage therapists were super friendly and professional and the other staff is always so nice as well. Both my wife and I will 100% be back to try out more of their services

My nail tech cut me twice when clipping cuticles and didn't say anything. When she was sanding down the sides of the nail she accidently sanded down my skin to the point where it bled, not once but 4 TIMES. And once again didn't say anything, no apology or even admitting that she did it. Then it took her around 45 minutes to glue the tips of acrylics on and then she rushed and my nails turned out really bad and bumpy and a week later they're lifting. When she was trying to glue the tips on she glued it to my skin so she tried to pull it off with her cuticle cutters and once AGAIN cut me and didn't say anything. I ended up being there for almost 3 hours and left with my fingers aching for the next week. Do not go here unless you want to bleed. :)
