I had a really enjoyable experience with Rachel! She was very sweet girl with a fun personality which made the salon small talk really nice. She also was always sure to check and clarify with me on my hair specifications. The salon itself was really cute and seemed really clean despite it being built in an old (but adorable) house. My hair cut was only 35 dollars but I got 10% off with my check in. That also included the wash and style. I will definitely be returning in the future~!

All natural, day after microblading, 5 days out, 10 days out! The perfect natural look I wanted as a blonde!

The bandeau style bra is made from what I can only describe as "open-house shoe covers" material and was a little scratchy so I preferred to keep on my quick dry skivvies rather than get mixed up with the underwear too. I would probably just bring a swimsuit next time. There are tea and sodas available to drink while you wait. I liked that that infrared sauna is actually in the treatment room, so you can go straight from it to the table. Overall, a nice place to warm up and get a facial. To the owner, I would just request slightly longer blankets, I run cold constantly and having my bare feet out and without a heated table took some getting used to.

I had seen the building on my drives and glad I had the chance to visit. Daisy did my treatment and WOW. She is lovely and you can tell she enjoys her craft. I love infrared saunas and they can be hard to find. Love that the sauna is in the treatment room. My scrub was just the right of roughness and I can saw how much skin it was exfoliating. Crazy! The massage after is really the only way to finish this experience. I'm also an esthetician and licensed in another state, so my opinion and POV is a bit different. Definitely come! We need to support local, small businesses and woman-owned!

After reading Dylans reviews I made an appointment and he has honestly changed my life. Before seeing Dylan I was in a wheelchair 75%-100% of the time. Since seeing Dylan weekly for a couple of months now I'm only in a wheelchair 10% of the time!!! I still walk with a cane, but I'm living a MUCH fuller life with MUCH less pain!...I will say my treatments with him are pretty brutal and painful as he skillfully untangles my body and nerves, BUT totally worth it. He's given me the gift of walking again. AND if I need a gentler session he's happy to adjust pressure and intensity. If you have chronic pain and want to try to avoid the meds or take less, SEE DYLAN! You won't regret it!

When she took me back to the room, the massage bed was not made, so she had to prepare it in front of me. The actual massage did not begin until around 1:10 PM, and by the time she told me we were finished and left the room, it was around 1:50 PM. Because of this, I felt that I received closer to a 40-minute massage rather than the full 60 minutes that I had paid for. Mariah was very nice and sweet, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not as relaxing or fulfilling as I had hoped. She spent a significant amount of time talking and seemed to focus on the same area for what felt like almost 20 minutes. I had specifically mentioned which areas I wanted her to focus on, but I also requested an overall full-body massage. My arms were not massaged at all, and I had to ask her to massage the backs of my legs when I noticed that she was planning to massage only my feet after finishing my back. She also mentioned that she would show me some pressure points that could help with lymphatic drainage, but that never happened. That may have contributed to my confusion about whether the full massage time had been completed. However, when I looked at the time, it was clear that the appointment ended before 2:00 PM. When I asked her to massage my legs, I also felt that there wasn't much pressure or technique involved--it felt more like lotion was simply being rubbed onto my legs and feet. Unfortunately, the massage itself was not very relaxing for me. I want to emphasize that Mariah was very kind and pleasant. My disappointment is not with her personality, but with the overall service and the amount of time and attention I received for the 60-minute massage I paid for. I left feeling that I did not receive the full service I had expected. For that reason, unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the staff at The Grand Spa. From check in to check out my experience was impeccable. The front staff was gracious and welcoming and the spa attendants were always available and attentive to my needs. My massage therapist was Michaela. Although the massages were great , the atmosphere was not relaxing enough. Very small space including the lounges/ common room. The pool/hot tub area is a shared space with the rest of the hotel so there were tons of families and kids running around - I've been to other spas with the hot tubs and pools are private for spa guests. The women's locker room was a little dirty and unkept. I had to ask one of the girls to dump the trash because it was overflowing! Given that it's a 5 star hotel and the price, I would have expected a better space and spa experience.

I really like how this place operates by having you change into you rob while waiting for your service, they have lockers for your belongings which is nice. It helps to get you longer with the provider. A one hour massage with Krystal, who was perfect! They have heated tables and clean spaces. Krystal was kind and communicative prior to the message and I asked for medium pressure and it was perfect. I had booked the basic pedicure for 30 minutes after my massage for a buffer but they asked if I wanted it back to back and I did and they made sure it was ok if I was a minute or two late because of getting dressed which was wonderful. I even asked if I could last minute upgrade to the next level pedicure to have a full hour and they were happy to accommodate that as well. My pedicure with Janessa was fantastic as well! She was so nice and happy to chat with me during my service. She did such a beautiful job. They use liners in the tubs and have great chairs. I did receive a first timer discount I saw online, so that was nice too. I'll for sure be back for another service in the future.
