Chocolate Bar "Black" - I passed this out at the local theater where I volunteer, and everyone loved it. Dark chocolate is so in right now. What I liked most was that the texture wasn't dry, yet it still had a strong, pleasantly bitter flavor. I assumed it was around 60-70% cacao, and after looking it up, it's actually 62-63%. It's definitely sweeter than the dark chocolates I normally eat, but still very enjoyable. At $10, it was a great way to share chocolate with 26 people. That said, I'd rather spend the extra $13 on their Nama Chocolate and give everyone an unforgettable experience. Royce's Origin Chocolate "Bitter" - This will be hard to review because I'm definitely not a chocolate connoisseur. --Ecuador - Reminds me of a bitter coffee bean.
