Had an excellent dinner at Seehaus on an overcast evening. The views were great and the food matched. We started with the caesar salad - it's the best we've had on our two week trip through Europe. For mains ordered the barbecued veal short ribs (which had great char and flavor) and the fried trout filets. The filets were very nicely breaded and fried, but needed a little salt and pepper to spice them up. Bonus points for the restaurant having a chili sauce to add as well. The included sides and sauces were very good too. Would eat here again on a return trip to Lungern. read more
