Did some phone shopping yesterday with 3 different auto parts stores in Carrollton for a price on a…read morenew car battery. The gentleman who answered the phone at this AutoZone was by far the nicest, professional, and most helpful person out of them all. He assured me they had the right battery for my car, that they would install it for free, and their price matched the lowest price I could find with the others. When I stopped by today I was greeted and helped immediately even though there was another person in line being helped in front of me. They had an issue finding my battery and didn't think they could replace it at first, but they were kind enough to be patient with me while I did a quick google search to see where it was at - turns out it was located in the trunk. Once we found it they were more than happy to replace it. Great experience, wish I got the gentleman's name but he was super helpful and very nice. I will definitely be coming back to this AutoZone again in the future and would highly recommend this store to anyone. Thank you AutoZone!

They went out of their way, including driving their vehicle over to my car and working on it, and got it started!
