My car broke down two weeks ago and I had to leave it in the middle of nowhere around midnight…read morebecause AAA had already delayed service by three hours. A Lagrange Tow impounded my car and when they attempted to contact me, they didn't leave a message to let me know my car had been impounded. I had driven out to Lagrange to pick up the car because I assumed it was where I left it when it had broke down (off the side of the road).I didn't find my car, but I had found a piece of the front bumper. I then had to make a few calls to figure out where my car was. When I found out where it was, I was going to be charged $700+. I went with my mom a few days later. The impound/exhaust shop/detail center/collision repair lot looked sketchy immediately, with no place to park. My car was nowhere to be found and they would not let me see it/send pictures/let insurance see it. When I got in to a verbal altercation with an employee, he began charging at my mother and I. The entire company came out to back him up and the owner claimed he would press charges against ME for assault when I never touched anyone(neither did the employee because he was held back). The owner then blocked my number and told me to not contact him. Thankfully, we did not go back. Avoid this organization at all costs. They are 78 Youngs Mill Rd and 66 Youngs Mill Rd. They send an electronic version and I looked over it and the prices were very reasonable. I let them know which ones I wished to proceed with and everything was able to be completed the same day. Definitely will use them for any future car needs!
