Most recently, I had the english breakfast and it was a hardy plate full of all the essentials. Everything on it was excellent. I was also excited to see that they had a house-made pumpkin spice latte on the menu, even in July! Holy Cow can get very busy (when I was there on a Thursday, one group after another came in.) But they do a good job at seating everyone quickly, as well as taking orders and bringing out food promptly. During my last visit, I was seated inside, but previously I got to enjoy their back patio.
