Harvest bowl with extra Jalapeño sauce. My favorite.
    Omar S.

Harvest bowl with jalapeño sauce. My God... this sauce is spectacular. I asked about where I can buy it and found out they make it in house. I would buy gallons of it if I could. I ask for extra sauce on the harvest bowl. It's a killer every time. Try it. Won't regret it.

Sprout bowl with a brown rice/quinoa base, miso tofu, broiled brussel sprouts, all the included add-ons, and the miso ginger dressing. Yum!

This is my new favorite place to eat on campus! The staff is always friendly and the portions are always generous (I can never get a lid to fit on!). I thought it was a bit on the pricey side before trying it but the food is super tasty, the flavors are pretty original, the quality is good and fresh, and the food is really (surprisingly) filling. Overall, I think it's a fair value. I've eaten here about five times now trying something new each time and I've been consistently impressed. I hope more locations get opened up around SD!

Sprout Bowl: Brown Rice, Brussel Sprouts, Power Beans, Kale Avocado, sesame seeds, seaweed flakes, and Almond slices

One of my favorite lunch spots in PC. Don't bother with the breakfast, you can do better. My go to is a Sprout Bowl because it's the perfect sized meal for when I'm in need of some hearty energy between my classes or after a workout. My favorite thing about this place is that it's healthy and delicious! It's something that I would never feel guilty about afterwards *cough* Panda Express *cough*. This time I got the quinoa base with brussel sprouts and power beans. Brussel Sprouts are definitely the go to option for veggies, because they're filled with nutrients like protein and omega 3s and so good. Sweet potatoes are second. As far as protein goes, my favorites are power beans!! for the nutritional benefits and candied pork when I'm feelin' a bit indulgent. The duck was anamazing option too, but unfortunately they've discontinued it from the menu. For sides, I love green onions, bean sprouts, a few jalapenos if I'm feelin' caliente, (edamame and corn for a Macro Bowl). For sauce, Kale Avocado or go home! All the toppings are good, but I usually don't prefer raisins. To sum it up: Power beans and candied pork are delicious with Brussel sprouts and go HAM on the toppings. And then send it home with Kale Avocado! Yummy and wholesome. You will not be disappointed. I rate it 4/5 because I'm not in love with ALL their options, but the ones I mentioned make it worth.

    Harvest bowl! Really tasty.

This is the NEW best place for lunch on campus IMO. Unfortunately, the line is crazy long. I am betting that macro bowls is the next craze, and I am here for it. This place does it well! There's a TON of options for grains/veggies/toppings/proteins/dressing. I got the Harvest Bowl (there's pre-designed bowls or "make your own" but I was too daunted by options to create my own) and it was: cous cous (super fluffy and good),citrus chicken (tender and flavorful), apple slaw (amen), microgreens, sweet potato hash (nice, nice), and lemon-cashew dressing. I also added almonds to my bowl, and this thing is delicious. The flavors work well together and it's not too heavy. It is a generous portion and really satisfying. It feels worth the $8.95 (prices range up from there depending on what you get) and the quality seems good! The staff are friendly and helpful, also! They said the duck is super popular, but there's also a lot of vegetarian/vegan options. There's definitely something for everyone! Welcome to UCSD, S+S. I will be sad of your long lines but happy for days when I forget my lunch at home!

I got the Duck + toppings (nori, nuts, jalapenos, bean sprouts?): was pretty darn good. The bbq duck has a more American flavor bbq than what I was hoping for. The avocado + kale dressing is the breadwinner. The micogreens, sweet potato + kale, and Apple slaw all blended together... and honestly I don't even think I got the right ingredients bc I didn't taste any apple flavor... I have no idea which toppings are which so I'd have to go back to check it out.

Had lunch here the day it opened! Was invited by some friends to try it out. Super glad I did! I had the buddha bowl (I think it was called) with sriracha flavored tofu. There were lots of options depending on what you like. PROS: Lots of vegetarian/vegan options Gluten free options very healthy Good portion sizes CONS: Possible long line (not their fault, just the UCSD food court trend @ lunch) This was a much needed addition to The UCSD Price Center food court. Will definitely be going again when I'm in the area!

Crispy sesame tofu w chimichurri sauce in a sprout bowl :)))

I come here all the time and the workers are always super sweet! The crispy sesame tofu is probably the best thing I've ever gotten on campus and off of it, great food and great people all around :)

a bowl of rice and broccoli

Food was good until I found this piece of plastic. I mean it shouldn't be that difficult to keep your food clean, there was practically no line. Overall decent.

We recently brought friends here who requested a good place to eat and of the list of choices we…read moreprovided, they picked Ramen Nagi. My husband and I have been here several times before as it is both mine and my husband's favorite ramen eatery in San Diego. This is the best ramen in San Diego. After going on my own little ramen crawl around SD, this is the top of them all, bar none. If you really are craving something close to ramen in Japan, try this place. Everything is fantastic here but my favorite of all the ramen choices is the Red King (the spicy tonkotsu). The Black King is also good (squid ink) and has a nice umami punch to it with a good helping of garlic to seal the deal. The karage (fried chicken) is great as well. The texture is perfect and I think the sauce provided really added to the overall bite. The gyoza is also fantastic as well and they provide a dipping sauce that is not the standard dip but something better. If I recall, it is a lightly sweet pear-esque sauce with the consistency almost like apple sauce. It's very very good, don't knock it till you try it! The service is always quick and top-tier. They always have a jug of water with lemon slices and cups available to use at any time. Seating is both indoors and outdoors. Inside it can be a little cramped if you have a large group but outside has full tables next to the pond which is quite nice. This is not a traditional restaurant so there are a few things to keep in mind: 1) There are no reservations. 2) There is a dedicated queue outside and you need to wait in that to line to be seated. 3) They will not take you to be seated until your entire party is readily available so just be cognizant of that. 4) Everyone in your party will receive a red marker and a paper form to fill out your individual orders while you are in this line. If it is your first time, check the Chef Recommendation box at the top to make it easier. Sides are at the bottom (most ramen do not include an egg so if you want an egg make sure to mark it). 5) Your party may be seated at the same table as another party and share the space. If this is an issue for you, sit outside. 6) You get your receipt from your sever and pay at the register.

Ordered the original king ramen with an egg. Broth was so good, it reminded me of the one I had in Tokyo. The thin noodles are also my favorite. Spicy level at 1 for extra flavor. The gyoza on the other hand are decent and very small. I will definitely be coming back for more ramen.

The meats were nicely marinated though a little dry. Good thing I asked for the sauces on the side since the hummus made everything pretty salty and soggy once mixed in. Decent food but we had issues ordering DoorDash delivery for a work lunch. The DoorDash driver only brought 1 bag of food with more than half of our food missing so a team member had to go in person to figure out the problem. Turns out another driver took our second bag so Micheline's remade the lost orders. They must've been so busy since they should've verified with the first DoorDash driver which orders were whose and some of our orders had missing or different ingredients.
