Dish network used this business to install my satellite and it was a nightmare. The installer tore up my yard with his truck leaving huge ruts in the grass and then he couldn't find a place to install the Dish Network satellite dish even though there was an old direct tv satellite and a Hughes net satellite there. He then had to call in to get someone to come and do the install and was told by myself it would be better to turn his truck around to leave rather than backing down the yard but he chose to back down. Next thing I know is that he is knocking at my door asking for help as he was stuck and he now has really damaged my yard as he sat there spinning his tires. As I have a 4x4 Dodge ram I pulled him out and this caused damage to my truck which they refuse to fix. This installer was totally incompetent and Dish needs to find a better organization to sub contract to. read more

I signed up for Dish Network here and they were great. The salesman was very knowledgeable, honest and polite. They came in the timeframe provided and even called the day before to confirm. The tech did a great job. He installed the dish were I wanted. He used mostly my existing cable and the lines he did run were done right. I was worried about this because I've had a few friends who had issues with other satellite companys. He also explained how everything worked. read more

See World came into my house and the technician damage our tall Pennsylvania House dresser and tried to hide the damage under the Joey. This company did not stand behind their work and denied our claim trying to say that the damage was already there. We take very good care of our furniture and never would have nicked the dresser top up the way it is now. It will cost us $300.00 to have it repaired. Don't let them come into your house. read more

The service works well when it…read moreis on (little to no trouble while using multiple devices on the network, relatively fast download speeds) but consistently goes off around midnight every night. This is more than just an inconvenience as my wife's CPAP machine needs to upload data every half-hour. We have had mulitiple nights were the machine has reported no data (ie that my wife has died) which causes her hospital to dispatch an emergency response team to our home while we are sleeping peacefully. The ERT is a fast acting, elite trained force of professionals who do not hesitate to break through windows and kick down doors. We have had to replace our bedroom window FOUR TIMES in the past two months. I will be sending the bill to Greenlight Wireless. One addendum: my wife wanted me to point out that though she needs a CPAP machine, she's not a landwhale. She's a normal sized woman. About 5'2 with enormous breasts. Her septum is deviated and so she has the symptoms of a fattie without all the lard. Thanks for nothing Greenlight Wireless!

I bought a new mesh system and had Gilson install it. My wireless network works better then it has ever also speed are more than double what they were.
