T-Mobile has been very good over the years I have been with them. T-Mobile customer support has been great also, over the years, and still are. This store WAS also, 3 years ago. Somewhere in between, the previous team moved onward and upward and were replaced by these lazy, inconsiderate, extremely unprofessional liars who prefer trying to cheat customers and prospects to new levels rather than work giving them the service deserved. Replace them with AI or simply close the store if you can't find decent help. They are destroying T-Mobile's earned reputation. These despicable Appalachian misfits should at least be fired after wasting 2 hours of my time and over 60 miles of travel amounting to costing me $200 or more. They lied and tried to cheat us rather than doing what was dictated to them in our file by customer support and verbally by myself, telling us that Customer Support and I were wrong and did/do not know what they/we were doing. WRONG. We went home and contacted customer support and they shipped out the replacement device, under warranty on Next Day air. We received it very quickly considering it was a weekend, and it was functioning as they said later that day. No new phones needed, no new contracts needed, no thousands of dollars spent as the Johnstown Galleria Employees tried to cheat us out of. Sincerely, A long term cell customer

I am happy with the internet service however I do have an issue with how they installed the cable coming into our home. Technically the install meets all requirements from Hughes Net but I currently have a hole through my white siding on the front part of my home. In addition to the hole I have a foot of black cable running vertically up my white siding before entering the house. It looks hideous! I called the office and the gentleman in charge apologized but said the job was done to specifications although the tech should have done a better job of concealing the cable coming into the house. His words of wisdom were that if I had strongly insisted the installer find another way other than "the standard way of drilling one hole" that the boss would not let him leave the site without doing the job to customer satisfaction. So - be very firm on what you will or will not accept as far as putting holes into your siding for cosmetic's sake. Be very outspoken and demand that they spend a little extra time to conceal lines as they should. I'm hoping this review helps someone else avoid what we are trying to cover up now.

Loading the truck: 9/10. Packing: 1/10, terrible. (Company sent completely untrained packers, they'd never packed before. They were trying, but didn't even know to put paper fill on the bottom or top of boxes, they were putting glasses sideways with heavier dishes on top, the works. I ended up largely packing myself.) Unloading: 7/10. (Several boxes were marked "top only," but they put in the boxes any which way so the labels weren't visible, and started stacking some boxes on "top only" ones. However, once I mentioned it, they did follow my instructions from then on. I think they were just inexperienced.) Ease of scheduling/availability: 10/10. (They were available same day.) I will say, this was an urgent job, so I knew to have lower expectations. But it's going too far for the company to send out packers with zero training for the job.
