Saw a post on instagram about store being open and merchandise of cool crystals and decided to stop by this past weekend...April 2026. So...Sedona is open like the phoenix rising from the ashes! They opened in December 2025 with different hours. Sedona has a new owner and an employee from the old store. Sedona still offers many selections of crystals, metaphysical statues, jewelry and alike. The store is very different but the same. Not open Monday or Tuesday but rest of days from 11am to 5pm or 7pm. Brings back memories from days when they were once in Ward...but it's a different store now. Same super friendly staff. Wonderful selection of bracelets. Lotsa open space. We were walking by and stopped in to look at the crystals, bracelets, Feng shui items, candles, jewelry, and other merchandise. There's a wide variety of products. I got here at 4:30pm right before closing. They close at 5pm. I walked in the store and there was one other customer in there. Two of the associates were standing behind the counter. One of them said hi when I walked in. I was browsing around the store and they have these already made bracelets. There were so many different stones to choose from. Most of the stones came in two sizes, smalll and large. They also had some bracelets with mixed stones. There was one called Dragons Wealth which had Green Aventurine, Tiger's Eye, Hematite and Quartz Crystal stones. The other mixed stone bracelet I was interested in was the Serendipitous Luck with Ammonite, Green Aventurine, Mother of Pearl and Quartz Crystal stones. With so many choices I was getting overwhelmed, especially since I knew that they were closing soon. I wish the associates would have came over to offer some help, but no one approached me. Sedona is located in the Na Lama Kukui Design Center on Nimitz Hwy. If you are into crystals, spirituality, tarot, tarot or psychic readings, Sedona is your store. I've been going to Sedona from when there were in Ward Center. I had two crystal bracelets that I had purchased from them that the elastic had snapped from being old. They were super helpful and restrung it for me for $5. I also bought a moonstone bracelet that day. A very happy customer. I left there with three bracelets I get to wear. The crystals you buy from them always come with an info sheet with the meanings and influences of the crystal(s) you are purchasing. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. read more

After eating at Tiny Pyramid, my friend and I wanted to visit Sedona, crystal place. It was 12:15 pm and store clerk said if we can wait a few minutes until a couple left. However, that few minutes became 20 minutes when four people left. This other guy with an iPad said that we have to wait because of reservations and the other reservists didn't make reservations for their guests. They were early and we were ignored. We told this iPad guy that we were waiting and told by other clerk we were next and others were early. This same clerk was counting people four times which was really bad, almost funny. But two early reservations enter before us after waiting 15 minutes. I told him that he could lose sales despite his snootiness. However, the store is nicely clean and neatly arranged in my pictures. But the prices are enormous. It would be better to go to two Kailua (Aloha Crystal Shop and Lemuria Crystal Shop) stores or China Town for deals...especially silver chains. Another options is Amazon. In this store we're plenty of clerks stalking you and don't allow you to look at merchandise without being in your face...horrible. There's customer service versus stalking your customers, LOL. Moreover, I experienced bad customer service and stalking. With the years being in business and pandemic, it almost gives a flair of desperation. I suggest these iwill lend people not to purchase your items and both of us walked out. I'm finding out that some stores require reservations, but can bite you when customers are disappointed. But a smart owner knows not to aggravate or lose customers during this pandemic and try to make it up with hard selling. And during the week, your store is dead like Ward. I stopped being a collector of stone bracelets & charms. Even before, I am not into feng shui thingy or any Chinese beliefs lucky charms and etc. But I do visited couple of Chinese jewelry stores and it makes me in awe seeing those lovely crystal charms. Last week, we went here coz my bandit, who is so crazy on his lava rock bracelet wants to have a cleaner or an oil for his lava rock. By the way, it's by appointment only as they limit people coming inside the store coz of Covid-19. Upon entering, hand sanitizer welcomes you ahead. And as always, the smell of a traditional spa is what will makes you feel so calm inside. Sedona's perfume smells like luxury. LoL. This young guy who accommodate us is knowledgeable & very friendly. He let us showed & gave us samples of the different oils they got for bracelets. Customer service all in all is pretty great. After we did like a mini tour on this new location (former location was in Ward), we ended up buying a few. It includes oil awakening, spouted ceramic bowl & I grab a birthstone bracelet (been a long while & time to treat myself as CHY is coming). T'was a fun shopping inside this store. So many interesting charms & my husband was glued almost each of the displays in every aisle. He's been most fascinated with all of these stuffs. I personally love the ambiance of this store compare to their former location. That good peaceful mantra present in the store, I just love being there inside. I came to this new location for the first time. I used to go at ward center which I liked. New location is on Nimitz highway. There are a lot of parking. After pandemic, my kids and I just stopped by but they didn't take walk-ins. Even if there is only 1person inside.. Finally I made an appointment and checked in! It is so nice inside and ton of gem stones and some healing stuff. Very organized. I see 5 customers inside. Sedona reminds me of the Bell, Book & Candle Store on the Hallmark Channel/Netflix show Good Witch. If you recognize the reference, or like Good Witch, you will also be a fan of Sedona at Ward Village Shops. I am neither religious nor that spiritual, so I don't take anything that is offered at Sedona too seriously, but I enjoy the fun in being surrounded by mysticism, myth, and magic. For me, it's like extending the whimsical autumn feeling of Halloween into a year-long event. Sedona offers psychic readings, chair massage every Friday and Saturday afternoon, essential oils, perfume, feng shui charms, beautiful gemstone jewelry, chakra stones, and healing energy crystals. Some of the religious items I've seen in the store derive from Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism. I've also seen books and items on Wicca. I have never bought anything from Sedona as I prefer to browse and admire all that is available at this unique store, but a few pieces of jade jewelry have caught my eye, so I might end up treating myself to Chinese jewelry from Sedona at some point. The prices are a bit high, which should be expected at Ward Village, but I have noticed a wide price range that should fit most budgets. Some of the more affordable items are the bead bracelets, individual stones, and small charms. Whenever I stop by Sedona, there are usually a lot of workers keeping an eye on things when the store is more crowded on the weekend. Shoplifting of precious stones and jewelry is probably a concern. The workers have always been friendly, however, so I didn't feel uncomfortable or followed. Sedona is worth a stop when at Ward Village, particularly for shoppers interested in bringing more good karma into their lives through natural healing methods. read more

Every so often I need to get in touch with my inner hippie. Sedona, located in Ward Center, is overflowing with loads of amulets, crystals, and around good vibes. As luck would have it, the day we visited it was the cupcakes and crystals show. So while shopping we munched on tasty cupcakes. My friends each selected a crystal that "spoke" to them. We took our time and never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. It was a relaxing and overall enjoyable atmosphere. An extra bonus was clearing our crystals of negative energy. I'll have to upload some more detailed pictures of my goodies. I needed to get some White Sage and this place popped up on Google. To even visit the store, you must book an appointment. Their way of controlling traffic with safety measures and information for contact tracing. You ring the bell for service, and they ask for the reservation name. Come in, get hand sanitizer and grab a cute little shopping basket. Now, they are a little on the pricey edge, but their variety and the smell was all amazing. I love oil diffusers, but since being on island, it is so hard to find good oils. I found them here! The crystal bracelets were 30% for the weekend so that was a good deal, but whatever stone you purchase, whether it be in your candle, necklace, bracelet, comes with a card to show the name and its benefits. I would have rated a 4-star, but Ethan's customer service throughout my entire visit made it a 5. Very knowledgeable and welcoming to any question possible. read more

Won ward and win: a $50 gift card to Sedona. I thought, "oh great, collected 200+ ward and win cards and I get the shittiest gift card prize, what a waste." I was absolutely correct. Sedona is a magic store, they stay in business by selling overpriced rocks and lying to you. Lol. I received a $50 Sedona gift certificate (fine print says: this gift certificate is not replaceable if lost or stolen. The gift certificate is redeemable for merchandise and services only. Store credit will be issued for any balance due). So I psych myself out for a psych reading, because let's be honest, I don't need to buy myself any rocks and the gift card includes services, which I purposely made sure of. I researched the readers, found a time when I wasn't going to be working, all of which is difficult seeing as my gift certificate expired 2 weeks after I received it. I get to Sedona and settle on a 30 minute reading which will cost me $10 on top of my $50 gift card. Yes, that is $2/minute to get your fortune told or whatever. The cashier girl says, oh, your gift card is not redeemable for our psychic reading services. This is bull shit, what over services are there? Lol. Meanwhile, while I was waiting in line, another girl behind the counter (the hapa one I assume all the other bad reviews are referring to) is talking to someone about her hours. "Six point two five hours means six hours and twenty-five minutes, so blahblahblah" I stopped listening. These people are idiots. Anyone want a gift certificate for this god awful place? We love rocks. We love crystals esp. So having just visited Bed, Bath and Beyond we ventured here as my daughter is all about rocks. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite busy. Locals and tourists were patronizing the establishment. If you love crystals, this is the place. They are everywhere and each has a card that explains what each rock does. Be prepared to use your 401k. My kid about 3 small rocks and 3 rock bracelets and it was an easy $70.00. But she felt she needed it for all their healing properties. This place also does readings, but they spook me out as much as they are intriguing. There are different oils, attire, buddha heads etc to purchase. The store is very aromatic from the incense, but I still like browsing in there every once in a while. I did check in with Yelp, but it didn't offer the bag with $35 purchase. They have such a huge array of different crystals that I was in LOVE! It's a little pricey but I don't mind when it comes to supporting small business. I've held my tongue before, when I've experienced an unpleasant experience at this shop, because I've had some great experiences too, but this past time I was there was bad enough to make me say something. Let me start out by saying, if my review was based solely on the men that work here, it would be a 5 star review. I believe the managers name is Greg and the other gentleman there is Taylor (please excuse me if I got their names wrong) both of them are professional, polite and knowledgeable. Always there to help but they don't hover. The owner Malia is very professional and friendly, she makes you feel welcome and also extremely knowledgeable. She has had this business for a long time and again if my review was based on her, it would also be 5 stars. Now to explain why my review is a one star. There is an employee there that always makes you feel like you are an inconvenience being there. She is Asian and has red hair (I apologize for not knowing her name but if you experience her, you'll see that you feel you're not even allowed to ask her name) in both stores, she always looks like she hates her job, completely unapproachable god forbid you ask a question, she makes you feel unwelcome and on more than one occasion, down right rude. There is another woman that works there, the experience is more dependent on what day you catch her on. I've had both good and not so good experiences with her but in all honesty, we all have bad days so it could explain the different types of service you get from her. But on my last visit there, the experience was bad enough that I'm finally speaking out. What happened this day is shocking for this type of behavior to happen in a shop that is supposed to be about healing and positivity. Both of these women ( the red head and the other had black hair) I came into the shop in the later part of the afternoon, I got a sharp "Hello" when I walked in but that was it. It was like I had interrupted their conversation and let me say, the conversation was NOT GOOD. I walked around for about 20 minutes and the things they were saying were horrible! I don't know who they were talking about but it felt like the "better than everyone" click in school, just speaking hate about someone else, I just couldn't believe the things they said, such demeaning and degrading to whoever they were talking about and all the while, being the only employees in the shop, and working in a place like this. Whenever going into places like this, you hear things like the "crystals absorb energy" this shop even offers to "cleanse" your purchases so that negativity isn't attached to your crystals but the things they were saying, well just imagine a thick black smoke of negativity covering all of the crystals meant for healing. I didn't see any of the men that work there and the owner wasn't there either, so I don't know if that's why the awful words flowed so freely but it was like they didn't even care that there were customers in the store. There were only three customers in there at the time, but if the other two overheard what I overheard, I'd be surprised if they ever shop there again. There is no "cleansing of negativity" that could clear out all that meanness and hate they spoke of that day but I guarantee if the owner heard it, she would be upset and very disappointed at what's going on in her shop. I'll still return to Sedona, because I have had good experiences but I can say, if it's ever just the women in the store I'll leave, because her attitude has been the same for years, the evil looks you get if she has to put her phone down and deal with you, just the over all bad negative energy, like on my last experience, she's always made me feel like an inconvenience and so beneath her, but to hear her say the things she was saying, clearly shows that she's not only this way at work, she is this way all the time. read more

Sigh ~ Sedona! One of my fav stores in Honolulu. I found this store 2 years ago and returned on a recent vacation to Oahu. Sedona has virtually everything you could wish for, if you are metaphysically inclined. Crystals, jewelry, music, cards, essential oils, psychic readings ~ their selection is huge, and amazing! A tad pricey, but aren't all awesome psychic-type stores? I was on the hunt for some hard to find Hawaiian tarot-style cards, and a larimar piece. I found the larimar piece with the help of a lovely, young short haired girl ~ she knew where everything was in that store, and was very sweet. I needed to 'sleep on' the larimar purchase, and asked about their store hours ~ this employee was very helpful and didn't push for me to buy anything right then. I returned 3 nights later, 20 minutes before closing, a decision I would quickly regret. The young helpful employee was not there, and I was assisted by a tall, dark curly-haired woman about 25 yrs old. "Finding everything alright"? she mockingly asked me, sounding like I was doing something wrong by looking into the glass cabinets. Um, okaaaaay...... I showed her larimar piece I wanted in the showcase ~ she was very cold, jamming keys impatiently, appearing to dislike me and my presence a great deal. She pushed the box of larimar at me ~ coldly instructing me to take it to the cashier's desk where someone else would ring my purchases in. Like she was glad it was NOT her! Um, okaaaay.... I am pretty sure I was helped by this same dark-haired woman two years ago ~ she cheerfully showed me a newly published book on shamanism. I bought that book solely on her recommendation, and the friend I gave it to loved it. This woman was lovely, encouraging me to spread crystals out on the counters, to feel them for their energy. Quite a rapid drop in customer service levels! Sedona needs to work on their staffing ~ I hate deducting a full star due to an employees behaviour. However, I did spend $165 USD on two items, which is NOT small change and felt the staff here was thoroughly irritated with my shopping here. Not cool. Still, Sedona is an excellent source of metaphysical items, and I highly recommend it for an interesting browse. Very odd shop for what they sell. I'm use to the super generous, informative, oozing with love and kindness staff at the crystal shops I go to. Or even staff who are mineral nerds. But this wasn't it. I was the only customer there when I went. I wasn't greeted as soon as I came in, which was odd to me considering the fact that there was no one else to tend to. There were two staff at the jewelry location. I felt a sort of, snobby vibe, but that's just me. This is probably the most boujee crystal/spiritual shop I've ever walked into. And i've been into many. I ended up purchasing over $300 worth of jewelry. I had to approach the staff to ask questions. But I liked the citrine gem grade necklace and I couldn't turn down the pink tourmaline necklace. I would have walked out with nothing. The staff didn't impress me. The crystals did not impress me. For a huge crystal collector, I found everything small, and over priced. None of the minerals had rarity to them. But their jewelry section was all they had for me, and I went on vacation to the island of Oahu to go shopping. read more

There aren't many places on the island where I'm able to purchase crystals when I need to. Sedona reminds me the actual city Sedona, Arizona. Although the energy isn't as strong, the place is very reminiscent. I've come here a few times to window shop and a few times to actually shop. They have a great variety of crystals, incense, cleansing items such as white sage. I mainly come here for crystals. The associates are well knowledgeable and know where everything is located, at least for the things that I've asked. My only issue is that most items are overpriced and may give you a heart attack. Which is why I only buy as needed. I can't blame them, like I said, there isn't a lot of places that sell crystals. There were a few times where they didn't have the item I was looking for, but I don't blame them as it is a popular item (Celestite). In my recent visit, they were promoting their "free mystery stone" when you sign up for their rewards program, check in on Yelp, OR follow them on their social media platform. I think this is a great idea to attract customers and get them curious about crystals. read more

This place is awesome. I am a huge fan of crystals and was pleasantly surprised to randomly come across this place. We ran into the owner I believe or store manager? She was very nice and pointed out how the store was categorized into sections. There was so much variety, large beautiful amethyst, all kinds of smooth stones and rock crystals like citrine and quartz. I will definitely be back to shop since we were on a timeline today. It was a cinch calling the store to schedule an appointment between 2-4pm on selected Sundays. When you arrive, you choose your design and then pay at the Sedona register. Credit cards are accepted. Then you give a copy of your receipt to Kiyomi. Kiyomi does excellent work and I have always been happy with her henna. Another plus is that the store smells really nice! Not only did I try to shop here once but I gave it two more tries, several months apart. But the same horrible service continued. Much like other reviews with similar stars, the employees were very unfriendly and stand-off ish. Very agitated toward questions. This is a crystal shop, with all sorts of positive cleansing properties and yet there is a vast negative energy and environment in this shop. You leave feeling worse than you came in. ( She Worked on 3/17/22) 1 STAR : This bad rating is for associate with L.K initials. She has dark red hair and her energy was TERRIBLE. I was very nice to her and she spoke to me it was in a rude tone the whole time. I was confused because I'm a bubbly person and didn't do anything to her. So after a while of the transaction she asked if I wanted her to set an adjustable knot for my necklace and I wasn't sure as I was in a rush. I said no that's okay and she looked at my like I called her out of her name. So I said sure to save myself time. She then kind of tossed the necklace towards me. When done she rung me up and I asked if they offered itemized receipts. She goes " yes... it comes out of THAT machine.." also tossing the receipt my way. I was pissed at this point because I'm wondering why she is being rude. I asked about the Singing Bowl cleansing and after she was done she sat there and didn't say anything. Not even an " ok all done there you go" . Literally NOTHING . So I just grabbed them and said thank you ( no response from her) and I walked out because I was heated. Why work there if you going to act so negatively. Like TF. The store is gorgeous but I don't know if I will go back. It's not worth the frustration honestly. read more

Sedona is everything you could want from a metaphysical shop. As a budding crystal enthusiast, this store has helped me slowly gain confidence and knowledge in the area. Staff is incredibly friendly. What stands out is that each employee here offers the same level of great customer service and genuineness. In contrast to a few other similar shops, this place does not feel pretentious or detached. The ideas and information here feel more grounded and personal. Not to mention, their information cards for EACH crystal is well made, clear and concise. Love this place!! This is one of my favorite stores on the island. If you like metaphysical stuff then come give this place a gander haha. I usually come for Crystal's and incense. I've actually been coming to this store intermittently for about four years now. The selection of crystals is amazing! The items can get a little pricey, however, these kinds of stores are scarce on Oahu so spend away haha! I enjoy the helpfulness of the staff, they always ask if I am looking for anything is specific or If I need help. If you like unique jewelry, they have many pieces here but again, for a pricey kind of price. They also have a great supply of divination pieces like runes, tarot and other divination based cards. They have beads to build your own precious stone bracelet, which could be a fun thing to go out and do with a friend or a close family member. Why I chose to give 4/5 stars, instead of 5/5: The only complain I have is about a disappointing visit that I had, involving an employee. Last week Thursday I came to buy some incense and one of the employee's treated my bother and I rudely. (she had long dark blond hair and she was tall) My brother is a child and he had a yoyo while in the store, I told him to play with it out of the store and he listened, but on his way out the employee walked infant of him and asked him in the meanest, sassiest tone to get out. I come into this store a lot. And yesterday we had a bad experience. One employee was on her phone didnt even help us. My other half was going to buy a ring if it fit however nobody helped us or even said hello to us the whole time we were there. Because of this he doesn't want to come back. Being that I was going through a "rough patch" in my life, I decided to stop by Sedona after I was done getting my eyebrows waxed at Paul Brown. I usually don't come to Sedona.. I think the strong smells was what prevented me from going in before but for some reason this time I didn't even notice it. I was just planning to browse and look at some crystals and stones when I stumbled upon the rose quartz area. I guess it was calling to me because I felt the need to get one. A nice lady came by to help me and I guess a way that you choose your stone is kind of by your intuition and how you feel. There was quite a selection of rose quartz.. little stones, big ones, heart shaped ones... I was kind of overwhelmed especially cause I'm a pretty indecisive person. But I settled on a heart shaped one and picked one that was "calling" me. Warning you, although it might be just a stone, a tiny stone I might add.. some of them can run kind of pricey. They have affordable ones that are $5 or $6 but I didn't want to buy one just because it was cheap. I wanted to buy one that I really wanted... although I did think to myself, it's a little ridic to be spending a lot on a stone. I settled on one pretty decent size heart stone that was about $30. Sedona is a fun and uplifting store! I felt good just being there and the people are pretty helpful. I think next time I go there I might have to get a rose quartz necklace! The sales lady told me that it's actually better to have it as a necklace or some kind of jewelry cause it's the closest to you. Makes sense! Great store for bringing some spirituality into your life. Even if you're not all into that, it's a fun store to just browse :) read more

One word... Gemstones. Love Sedona for their great selection of beautiful stones. I used to come here more often when Borders was still in business, so now my visits are limited. Upon entering I always head straight for the glass cases in the middle of the store. Sometimes I will be drawn to a pendant, and my visit & purchase will be quick. The other weekend however, there were about (4) different pendants that I was strongly attracted to. I ended up with a beautiful teardrop shaped moonstone. Although this pendant was a little pricier than what I normally pay here which runs about $70 - $80, this particular stone was $119. The items in the glass cases along their walls towards the back are ridiculously priced so I try not to veer in that direction. Customer service is okay. They tend to do their own thing, which in a way is good because no one is following you around asking if you need help with finding something. They pretty much are there when they know they need to pull something out of the cases for you to try on or to take a closer look at. Another thing I love about Sedona is the little information card they stick in with my purchases that list what that stone is and the energy it is supposed to increase or help with. They also have free gift wrapping, & they do a really nice job with it. I come here strictly for their jewelry, I don't know about the psychic readings and other things they may offer. All I know is that this is the perfect place to find a special gift whether it may be for you or someone else. read more

I frequent Sedona and all of the employees have been excellent I went in last week with a lot of questions and a heavy heart about a work situation. Chris stepped up to help me and I'm oh so grateful. He truly listened to me and shared some personal experiences so I felt I was heard and safe. He made several recommendations and one of them was a stone I had been thinking about the whole time. I put to practice his advice and took to heart his empathy. I've been to this place many times in the past whenever I come home to visit my sister in Honolulu, but I don't think I've written a review about it. We visited here on the day of the Farmer's market...the place looks so much more larger than last time and I love the vibe of this place. There's so many beautiful things, beautiful jewelry, everything shiny..... I'm drawn to the many stones and crystals. If you are not ready to commit to buying the larger stones, you can search in the little bowls and they are only $1! I could not stop at buying one and ended up spending over $10. I love how the staff inserts the info sheet about the healing properties of the stones. I don't know how they remember what each one looks like but I love this extra touch that they do. Maybe one day I'll see one of the many psychics listed in their binder near the check out counter. I read some of the psychics are straightforward and I would prefer that over the sugar coated kine. Near the front door there is a display of the Chinese New year and according to the feng shui based on whatever sign you are, what to do, avoid, where to put objects.
