Very thankful to have Sedgwick Bodywork in my routine. I always leave in an elevated state of mind and with my muscles feeling taken care of. Over the years visiting Christina I have noticed a difference in my posture and the way I can recognize my body needing some bodywork done. Christina offers cupping, muscle scraping and CBD cream. Aside from bodywork she also has the Hyperice compression boots that cover your legs to promote a faster recovery! I feel this is very convenient aswell if you've got 15 minutes to spare.
