There are a few top notch therapists that I am so lucky to have met, and Lois is in my top three. I don't live in California anymore, but when I visit, Serenity Sol is a must on my list.

She may be tiny, but she is STRONG!! She has different massages and packages that you can choose from. I normally go between "The Escape" (focuses on the back of the body) and "The Exhale" (total body) massages. Ms Lois keeps track of your massages and makes great recommendations on what you may need. She really listens to whatever your concerns may be and will tailor your massage based on what you want. I try to work out at least 3-4 times a week, so I try to alternate my massages based on how I am feeling and how long it has been since my previous massage. Let me tell you, if I could get a massage every week, I absolutely would. Especially from Ms. Lois!! She is the absolute greatest. She is so kind and has such a beautiful spirit. Trust me, if you want a great massage and want to feel better than when you arrived...book Ms. Lois NOW!! You will definitely be a fan after the first massage (: p.s. she always has a treat for you after your massage which is a plus in my book!

He recommended I book an appointment with Tracy, as her techniques were very similar to what I enjoyed during my first time at Silver Oak Massage. Overview: - Great pressure: I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. The neck is a sensitive area for most, but Tracy navigated the knots well and made sure I felt comfortable during my appointment. - Received feedback/direction well: I told the staff upfront I had new lobe piercings and that my ears could not be touched. Didn't have to worry about that one bit. Also, one spot in my lower back was very tender - had to ask her to use a slightly gentler touch and she accommodated right away. - Tail end of appt, head massage: so good I dozed off for a few mins - Lavender oil: felt nice when applied, but I likely won't splurge for it the next time I stop by Had another great experience AND another stamp for my stamp card. Very soothing. Got my tension in shoulders and back of arms swept away! This place has massage therapists true to their craft.

I did have high expectation for this place considering the reviews. It would help if there wasn't a language barrier with the front desk lady because I had ask for clarification only to arrive and services was not as expected because this visit costed me my day and no facial was completed. The massage was just like any other. Overall really like the place and staff are sweet and friendly.

When you're in chronic pain or stress, the orchestra plays out of tune--the violins screech, the percussion races, the flutes can't keep up. Now imagine magnesium as the conductor's tuning fork. It doesn't play an instrument itself. It doesn't hand you new strings or hit the drums. Instead, it emits a calming resonance--subtle, precise--that helps the musicians retune themselves. When you immerse yourself in a float tank, it's like laying the entire orchestra in a perfectly quiet concert hall filled with that tuning resonance. The magnesium ions, the warm water, the silence, the weightlessness--all create a chemical and sensory silence where your body's instruments can hear themselves again and fall back into alignment.
