I'm coming back to give another review. Lindsay is a magician. I've been seeing her for a couple of years now and I'm always amazed at how well she understands body mechanics. She can tell that I tuck a leg under me while I'm sitting at my desk, or that I sleep with my arms curled up under my chin - just by where all of my knots are. A session is unlike a standard massage. Lindsay works on spots you didn't even know were problematic, until they release and you realize that in fact, you ARE supposed to be able to turn your head from side to side! I always leave a session with Lindsay feeling like a newborn baby, which is absolutely my goal. read more

I honestly did not know what to expect from this massage. Because most people do not know about my facial lines or have never heard of it outright. However, once I got to the location, I met Lindsey and she was so friendly that she immediately eliminated any nervousness I had about this type of massage. She has a full comprehensive understanding myo facial therapy as it relates to a massage. So I knew I was in good hands (pun intended). Lindsey walked me through each step explaining what she was doing and more importantly why she was doing it. Some of the pain that I came in with she addressed and showed me the importance of massage. Having addressed my pain issues I feel so much better and a lot more mobile. I will definitely be a returning client. read more

I was looking for someone new after my previous therapist moved away. I tried multiple different spots out in the area and after I saw Lindsey I knew I wouldn't be going anywhere else. She is simply amazing at what she does and exactly what I was looking for. She did a full body work through of all the muscles to really align my body and maximize my athletic performance and recovery. On top of her knowledge her vibe is so comforting and soothing. You feel like you've known her from years from the moment you meet her. She is so sweet and simply the best!! read more

I just want to express my gratitude for Lindsay helping me relieve some discomfort. I have a sports injury and my shoulder gives me pain. After 2 sessions it is feeling so much better! Her studio is clean, a calm atmosphere and welcoming. She initially asked me medical questions and my health history, which I appreciated. I had never had myofacial massage before so didn't know what to expect or much about it. She was kind to explain everything she was doing and why. Great experience and really helpful with my shoulder injury. I will be a frequent client! read more

I also love chatting with her, she's kind, caring, funny, and so easy to talk to. The conversations are honestly a huge part of the experience for me. She always makes sure I'm comfortable by checking on the temperature, making me feel safe and relaxed, and even asking what music I'd like to listen to. Lindsay goes above and beyond, and I can't recommend her enough. 10/10 experience every time! read more

I had never heard of a Myofascial Release Massage. I was in so much pain in my back, my neck, my legs.... I went to yelp and Lindsay popped up with 5 stars and wonderful experience. Lindsay was beyond amazing and provided the best care, exactly what I needed. When I left the table, I was actually shocked. My pain was gone. Yes gone, so much release, I could put both arms above my head and my legs were not in pain. Lindsay said I might be sore the next day, but I wasn't. She took time to work on me and walked me through what exactly was causing the pain. She is so easy to talk to, the office is great, lots of parking and its quiet. She has the most upbeat positive personality and encourages you to let her know how the pressure is going. I am scheduling another session, and I believe everyone would benefit from her expertise. I sit a lot, have not done a lot of exercising and she worked out so much pain on my body. She inspired me to start walking more and gave me a few easy exercises to do. read more

I've been seeing Lindsay every 2 weeks for TMJ relief, focusing on my jaw, neck, and shoulders. For me, it hurts like crazy when she is working on me. Her pressure is extremely hard and I am usually sore the day or 2 after. But then I usually feel so much relief and I feel so much better and loose! She knows her stuff and she really cares about you which is so refreshing. Her location is very easy to find and convenient located inside a Phenix Salon! Lots of parking in the lot outside. Definitely seek her out for your muscle tension issues! read more

This is a first-class body healing business. I have been there multiple times and have always received wonderful treatment. Lindsay, the owner, is skilled and extremely knowledgeable in determining what areas of your body are causing the pain/discomfort. I highly recommend an appointment with Lindsay to experience the benefits of her Myofascial Release Therapy! read more

Lindsay is awesome!! Just her hospitality and overall amazing vibe makes it worth it. She really makes sure you feel comfortable, kinda like if you're just chilling at home or at a friend's house. But then you get to the massage, and let me tell you, it is a game changer. You can tell that Lindsay is a pro and she knows what she's doing. Lindsay is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you are on the fence, this is your sign to go ahead and book!

Lindsay has the warmest disposition and makes you feel completely comfortable during your massage. She is incredibly intuitive and was able to help me break up knots that I've had for years (not the most relaxing part, but necessary!). I was experiencing some hip issues, and she successfully released all the muscles that were causing chronic pain. After a recent physical, my GP told me I grew an inch! The only thing I could attribute this to was Lindsay's massages. She is a miracle worker in my books! Thank you Lindsay read more

I came to Lindsay with body aches all over--mostly from jiu-jitsu--and had no idea how out of alignment my body actually was. From the moment I walked in, Lindsay was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to figure out the root causes of my aches and pains, even showing me a diagram of how my body was leaning to the right. The session itself was incredible. Lindsay focused on the problem areas, working through the tension with just the right pressure. I walked out feeling lighter, more balanced, and significantly less sore. If you're an athlete or just dealing with everyday aches, I highly recommend Lindsay. She's not just a massage therapist; she's a body expert who genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. 5/5 stars - I'll definitely be back! read more

Lindsay is amazing! She is so kind and helpful. You can tell she is passionate about her work. It was my first time ever doing Myofascial release Therapy. I've gone twice so far in the past month and my carpal tunnel and wrist/pain has dramatically improved. In addition, Lindsay pointed out things my doctor wasn't able to tell me about my muscles and my legs. I've had challenges with my knee for 15 years, and the discomfort has certainly reduced. read more

Lindsay is a fantastic myofascia release therapist and the whole experience of her treatment was wonderful to experience. She's very professional in setting up your appointment, timely in seeing you, and the space itself is comfortable and clean. Lindsay is quite insightful and identified a few pain points about my body before we even started the treatment and discussion. Once she got to work, I really appreciated her persistence in getting extremely stubborn knots out that massage therapists only briefly touch on. She is easy to communicate with and is adaptable in the amount of applied pressure so the persistence doesn't overwhelm you. I encourage you to give it a try, especially if you think you have chronic tension in your muscles. read more

Lindsay is absolutely phenomenal. I have been seeing her regularly for a year and she has totally changed the shape of my body with her hands. I randomly burst an eardrum last year which caused horrible pain and eustachian tube dysfunction. Doctors told me it would just take time to go away but Lindsay worked on it and I left a session being able to hear without a horrible echo for the first time in a month. Miracle worker! read more

My boyfriend and I have been to Lindsay and every time she has been amazing. She talks to you beforehand and gets to know what is hurting and your body history. Our first session she worked the whole body then the second session she did More specialized work on areas that need it. While it may be uncomfortable while getting it (due to the fact she is flushing the body out) it is well worth it. I have been sitting up better and my back hasn't been hurting. My boyfriend who is a mechanic and has bad back issues hasn't been complaining since we have seen Lindsay. If you have body stiffness or any type of problems in your body. Come to Lindsay for a myofascial release!!! Ps. She is the sweetest person ever. read more

Had my first session with Lindsay last night and wow! I have heard great things about her and what she does and only regret not starting sooner! She found all of my problem areas with just a few swipes of her magic hands and elbows! She is so knowledgeable, informative and caring. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, even during some of the tougher areas she talked me through it. I recently started going to Body Renewal Therapy by Lindsay for shoulder impingement (8 years of pain), plantar fasciitis, stiff knee, carpal tunnel and just overall tightness in my back and hips. I had very little experience with myofascial therapy but was told it would benefit the pinched nerve in my shoulder. Like a few other reviews have mentioned, there is pain associated with myofascial tissue release, this isn't a massage. The pain is worth it. After two sessions I am already seeing a major improvement in my overall posture plus the shoulder impingement is starting to open up. Wish I had sought help sooner. I am looking forward to continuing the work with Lindsay to open up my tight muscles and improve my posture. read more
