I expected a big more from Seda Vertis. My mom, aunts, cousins and I spent almost 2 weeks here (yes 2 weeks lol) and yes, it's nice and cozy but it needs to an upgrade, a renovation... something. The room(s) we booked had about 2-3 phones in each room and most of the time, we weren't sure which phone was working! Yes, a good amount of outlets, but a majority of them were either not working or really loose. It's interesting that they don't already include a flat sheet when your bed is made. You have to request it. The AYCE breakfast was great but I honestly got tired of it lol They have a good selection and some days, the items do change. I do like their noodle station, taho station, champorado and pan de sal (although not the hot and fresh one you can get in a panaderia. I do like their location. Short walk to Ayala, Landmark, and Trinoma. A quick Grab ride to SM North, too. I didn't utilize their gym or pool area, but i did get a foot massage which was the best decision of my life after the amount of walking I've done during this trip. Thankfully, no bugs were found in any of our rooms. They do have a fridge but it's more like a cooler. So don't expect to chill anything for a long time. No microwave. I don't like how the side tables and counter space looks like there are many, many drawers, because you can't even open them! It's just for, I guess, "style." Staff's friendly. One of Seda's newer hotel's (opened in 2017) , Seda Vertis North is conveniently located in the heart of Quezon City. It is right across from Ayala Vertis Mall and a short jaunt away from the SM North and Trinoma malls. There's a restaurant on the 1st floor where they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a rooftop bar. The rooms are quite nice, in my opinion better than the one we stayed at in Seda BGC. Probably because this hotel is newer. Plenty of outlets to charge devices, comfortable bedding, and a great bathroom/shower. There's a pool on one of the rooftops that is nice but is in the shadow of a skyscraper that they're building next door, so there's not much of a view. It was still fairly cold out when we stayed there so we only used the pool briefly but I imagine it's fine during the summer months. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the size of the gym. Considering that it's a fairly small hotel they have a ton of cardio machines, weight machines, and even heavy weights. They also have a corner studio for yoga and such. Everything was clean and well maintained. All the staff of course was extremely friendly and accommodating! Definitely a great place to stay if you're looking for a hotel in Quezon City. Honestly as of right now it's probably the best hotel in the area. read more

1 inch Cockroach in a 5 star hotel !!!! Decided to treat my family to a 5-Star staycation at Seda Vertis for my mom's 90th birthday. Paid a premium for a corner suite and a premier room both with Club lounge access . Only to have a 1-inch cockroach crawl over my foot. Disgusting!!!! being quarantined for travel, this hotel almost has all the amenities available in the room. Almost because i think they need a microwave. They have multiple choices of food and are very accommodating when the food is not to your liking. The only thing i wished is that they will clean the room but since we are quarantined it is not included. But overall my stay is great. I am glad we got to stay at Seda Vertis, twice for a total of 5 nights. The staff are very efficient, helpful, friendly, respectful and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable. This hotel is very clean. Can't complain about the buffet breakfast at Misto either. Their pool, although not very deep was clean. Seda is conveniently located close to 2 malls, Ayala Vertis and Trinoma. It is walking distance to SM North as well, if you don't mind walking in the tropical heat. If you get a pool view room, you'll also get a view of the construction and the shanty area but do not let that stop you from staying at Seda Vertis. It did make me pause a bit during our first night but we never felt unsafe during our stay. I would not hesitate staying here again and would highly recommend it. read more

I am giving this hotel this rating for now because the view is not the most amazing at the moment , but other than that, I am loving how everything is with my room , the customer service and the amities that comes with what I paid for. First of, this place is very secure because you need your card to even go up to your floor and room. That , for me is very exciting because safety is what I take very seriously , especially when it's just me and my son having a vacation. Second, this place comes with breakfast and a four hour window to enjoy your morning . Third, this place comes with a pool and on the same floor , it has a mini playground for your little one to play with. Fourth, this hotel is beside a mall that basically has everything you would want, food, movies , and some good shopping. I usually go at mumuso for some souvenirs when I go back home in the states. And if you get sicky, they have a Watson's on the second floor , where you can buy your medicines. Besides that, their location is pretty awesome cause it's so easy to get a cab or grab ( like Uber ) Last but not the least, I love how if you need anything , they would make sure your stay is absolutely worth it. BAIT and SWITCH BE CAREFUL I made a reservation online and asked for a room with a bathtub. I had a confirmed reservation for a deluxe king bed room. I received an email AFTER the reservation confirmation saying that room was no longer available and that for nearly double the price I could have another room with a bathtub. read more

Fantastic Five Stars! Staff: I definitely felt the genuine and friendliness of the staff during my back to back stays there in December. I can be walking in from outside or along the hotel and a staff is always greeting me. It made me feel very welcomed and at home! Cleanliness: I admired the attention of cleanliness from the hotel lobby to the room itself. Fresh clean white towels and sheets. I can smell its freshness. The room also does not exhibit any stench smells, like I have had in some other hotels. Wifi: I never had any problems with the wifi connection during my stay. All guests have free wifi and it was fast. Wifi is lost when inside the elevators. Food: Breakfast is free and I definitely love the different choices for breakfast from Filipino dishes to typical American breakfast, bacon etc. Lunch: I tried both lunch buffet and a la carte, and was quite satisfied with both times. Gym: I went to the gym here several times and was amazed to see more than just free weights, but with a bit more weight machines. Came here for lunch buffet with some family and friends. There was a variety of food to choose from with great quality. It wasn't an overwhelming amount to choose from but enough to have options. There is a pasta station where they cook to order, and a soup station that is also cook to order. They have a filipino, meat carving,and sushi station. I loved their roast beef, it was seasoned perfectly, a bit fatty but the taste was there! I also loved the carbonara pasta I ordered and the fried sushi. There is also dessert on the other side of the hall, limited selections but enough to keep you satisfied. The highlights though are the main courses. Not fit if you work the night shift here. Everything is closed so it does not match up. Even with the Do Not Disturb sign, I still get a call in the middle of my sleep about getting room service. Buffet is the same everyday, and room service is constantly busy when you call. read more
