We stayed here for eight nights and had the best experience here! Room service is excellent! The food was very good. We ordered, pizza, burgers, fries, & spaghetti. Our room was maintained well. There is a mini-fridge in the room stocked with water, soda, juice, & chocolate. There is also a hot water maker for tea, and a coffee maker. The shower in here is a 10! There is a drop down rain, shower, a regular showerhead that detaches from the wall, and a shower jet that streams out from the wall midsection. The water pressure is excellent!. The pool is beautiful, and the gym overlooks it, so it's nice to workout in here. They also have a sauna & a steam room in separate areas for the men and women. The Conrad is connected to both the SMX Convention Center & the Mall of Asia via two pedestrian bridges. It made it easy to get around to these locations every day., & they have security upon entrance to all areas of the hotel, so we felt very safe. There is a coffee shop, a buffet, and a 5 Star Michelin Chinese restaurant on the premises. This is one of the more expensive hotels you can stay at in Manila, but it is worth every penny!

The hotel is located next to a large mall. We got to the hotel at about 9pm and were ready to check in quickly and get a good night of sleep. There was nobody waiting at the check in desk, but the process was extremely slow-- I am not sure if it was the front desk computer or the key system. After some time, our keys were finally ready and we were escorted to our room. The room was nicely appointed, although the room felt tight. We did have an amazing view of the water, unfortunately the view was skewed due to the construction going-- unfortunately the construction will be going on for a while. We were also disappointed with the finishings in the room, they seemed a bit outdated and worn. Given this is a Conrad hotel, we expected the quality of the room to be higher. Also, the room did not have a bathtub. The room did have a nice size shower that was a bit complicated. Despite the room being small and outdated, the bed was excellent. The bed was extremely comfy with nice fluffy blankets. The hotel does have a nice pool. The pool is very clean. We were at the hotel off season-July, so the pool was not too crowded. The pool is small so I could imagine the pool be super busy and perhaps a lack of chairs during busy times. The hotel also has a nice gym on the first floor. The gym is appointed with a good amount of equipment. The equipment is nicely spaced to provide room to move around. As diamond members we were offered breakfast in the lounge or in the restaurant. The restaurant has a large buffet for breakfast, so we elected to eat there-- best to go super early before the restaurant gets busy. During prime time, you may have to wait for a seat. We were fortunate to grab a seat with a view. The restaurant offering were wonderful. As diamond members we were offered a special menu. The special menu offered special drinks and food items. All of this is included in a menu. The buffet was nice, but the service could be better- drink orders took a while. Plus, tables around us were not cleaned readily. We did not like having our breakfast and looking at dirty dishes. On the executive floor, there is also a small executive lounge that is offered to gold and diamond members. They offer breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Lastly, the hotel offers good security. When you arrive, they check your car. Plus, you have to go through additional security when you walk into the lounge.

I walked in at 6am as my previous accommodations ghosted me. They did have a room available, although it was 1.5x the price as the online price. The hotel was okay. The room was SOOOOO wet from the AC. Like the floors were soaking. I asked about it, and they told me this was normal. The breakfast buffet was really good. They had a long line, however, and it moved very slow as they don't have that much seating. They charged quite a bit to store my luggage.

Plus, as a diamond member I typically stay at Hilton hotels. As a diamond member we were provided access to the executive lounge which was useful while we waited for our room to be ready and after check out. Plus provides an opportunity to bypass the normal check in, which is great during busy times. The lounge is offered to gold star members and above. I would have rated this hotel a 5 star experience but had some hipcups. First of all- we requested in advance early check in. When we arrive several hours ahead of check in- we noticed they could not accommodate this request immediately. They said the room would be ready shortly, so we waited. We assumed that they would prioritize our room in preparation and be ready within an hour. After waiting an extensive amount of time, we learned that the wait would be several hours. We felt mislead and frustrated. We could of spent this time doing something in manila rather than waiting in the lounge. When it came time to check out- we asked for a late check out due to our flight departure time-- We learned that they could not accommodate this even though I was a diamond member-- As a diamond member they typically offer a 2pm check out. Given that the hotel was not sold out that day, I believe they could of provided this to us. Lastly, I had to request an upgrade- normally Hilton offers me an upgrade due to my status. Beyond my customer experience- the lounge was not well managed. The lounge was very loud-- kids screaming. Large families coming in-- usually lounge is limited to how many per a room/reservation can come in. Guest were on their phone and their ipads-extemely loud. I find this funny, as when I checked in the desk told me about what clothes are acceptable for the lounge but noise level is acceptable???? Due to these poor customer service experiences, I downgraded the number of stars provided to this hotel. Customer service is everything- be up front with your guest. On the positive side- The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The waitress in the lounge went out of her way to provide me fresh orange juice when it was not fresh juice squeeze day. One feature I particularly appreciated was the housekeeping system: there are dedicated buttons by the door for "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up Room." If housekeeping comes while DND is on, they'll leave a note under the door and happily return later when it's convenient for you. It's a simple but very guest-friendly touch. The lounge bar near the entrance is stunning. The food and drinks are beautifully presented, well-crafted, and feel genuinely premium. The pool is pleasant, and the gym is well-equipped with most of the machines you'd expect, although the gym can feel a little warm at times. My main criticism relates to the Bonvoy Lounge experience. As a Platinum member, I've visited lounges around the world and generally found the policies clear and consistently communicated. During our stay, three of us entered the lounge when no staff member was present at the entrance. After spending several hours there and having breakfast, we were later approached for our room number and one of our rooms was charged ₱1,850 without any prior explanation or warning. There was no signage at the entrance and no information provided while we were inside, which made the situation feel unnecessarily awkward. A clearer communication process would have avoided the confusion entirely. And the price quite absurd for the amount of options (and what we consumed). And champagne or even prosecco would have been a nice. The reception experience was also less polished than the rest of the hotel, which stood out given how excellent the service was elsewhere. As for the location, it wasn't my favorite area for walking. The surroundings felt a little rough around the edges, with uneven sidewalks and a generally older part of Manila feel. I attempted to walk toward the waterfront, but access seemed restricted for much of the route and the walk itself wasn't particularly enjoyable. This isn't the hotel's fault, but it's something visitors should be aware of if they enjoy exploring on foot.
