The process was terrible from the start. Each step took forever. I specifically mentioned student…read moreloans and asked that they be sure to double check whether the student loans would affect my eligibility and was told that they would not. After paying an inspector and lots of other costs and fees, THE DAY BEFORE THE CLOSING WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN, Lee called me to say that they had to cancel because my student loans made me not qualify. WHAT!?!?! I asked a month beforehand about this so that I would not waste time and money if that were the case. The problem was solved with a cosigner. But it was embarrassing frustrating and costly. Now, because this is a construction loan, which means checking in about progress of the renovations to the old decrepit house I purchased, I have to deal with a rep from the company who insists on referring to me as Mrs, despite my repeated request that they not do so because I am not a Mrs. I have explained, more than once what the correct honorific is for me, if they insist on using one. It is NOT Mrs. It is offensive that they insist on continuing to use Mrs. Though, I get the feeling that the "person" I deal with doesn't exist. I suspect it is a shared email address by all the members of some call center like place, so whoever is emailing me this week has no idea that I have asked repeatedly... But they are always pretty rude, regardless. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. My student loans prevented the local banks from being willing to work with me, so I had to go with the higher interest, slightly predatory, mortgage brokers. I would not recommend them.

They made the process of buying a home as easy as can be & were very accommodating to our busy schedules. Would highly recommend using Dave & his team!

Greenpark has been decidedly unhelpful during our mortgage process. The first loan officer we spoke…read morewith failed to get back to us in a timely manner as we were starting the process of making an offer on a home. Moreover, she indicated in an email sent at 6:15pm that if we wanted to lock the interest rate as we had requested, it would have needed to be done by 6pm. Because of this, we sought out a different loan officer - because Greenpark was recommended by both the Mass Teacher's Association and our realtor. However, the very day our commitment letter was due (15 days before our scheduled closing) - they came up with an underwriting issue - no more than a technicality - that may delay the closing. The result of this is that our seller's are now scared off, the deal may fall through, and we will have barely enough time to find somewhere to live by the end of the month. Even if the process does move forward with a later closing date, there are additional moving expenses we now have to consider. The worst part of all of this is that now we are told that pushing back the closing date means we lose the lock on our interest rate. Yet Greenpark has not told us what the new interest rate would be!!! So we now have no idea if the deal will go through and if it does, we have not been informed of what our new monthly payments would be. Needless to say, we are incredibly disappointed and in a very precarious situation as a result of all this. All of which could have been avoided. We certainly would NOT recommend this broker to any member of Mass Teacher's Association, Redfin - or anyone else for that matter.

Do not use these inept clowns. They are so miserably incompetent that you would not believe it. A…read morerefi with them that started in Sept just closed this past weekend in January. Of course, the interest rates went up twice in that time, to their benefit. These idiots lost private information on 4 occassions requiring time consuming visits to their office to replace it. They have absolutely no consistency with respect to business. Their cynical and sarcastic emails made it seem like they were doing YOU a favor when the interest rates went up through their incompetence and duplicity. If you use this shady organization, then you deserve what you get. Go to their web page -- they won't even disclose what their interest rates are. I was directed to this inept company by someone I trust, but it was a monumental mistake to use them. They string you along til it's too late to back out and then you are wondering why the hell you ever called them in the first place. Use anyone else. You'll surely regret using these morons.
