A month after the loan closed, we received notice that we had been sold to CMC Funding and our local bank would not be servicing our mortgage. I went to MCU and they told me that had they known they would have serviced and kept the mortgage. CMSFunding and it's parent company have over 70 complaints in the last 6 months and a better business rating of "F" and SFM and MCU don't care to do anything about it.
