I recently contacted him because I was moving from Nashville and needed to cancel my subscription. I forgot how awesome he was. He is the only person that works for his company. He is personable and professional and remembered facts about me from 2 years ago. Who does that? No contracts. Just a flat fee a month and I did not even have to purchase equipment. I was reminded of the care he took in installing so as not to cause permanent damage to the property. He was so quick.
