THE BEST!! Kent (owner) answered all my dumb questions on Yelp messaging before I made my appointment. He always got right back to me and tried to find the best car alarm for my needs. He's very knowledgeable and has been in the same location since 1989. My appointment was made quickly and Kent was so kind as to shuttle me back and forth to my house so I didn't have to wait there. To me, the time I know when a shop has a good customer service or not is when I have something to complain. I had a complaint about something that most of the people would not even notice. Kent handled it so well. He didn't argue with me at all. He did exactly what I asked for. I actually was surprised how much of a good customer service this shop has, I had to think of anything else I can buy from them. Some of my friends tell me that this place sets the appointment kind of far away and the price is high compared to the other places they know, but I'd rather wait longer and pay more for their service. These guys are professionals..they know their stuff. I had an issue with my amp and I brought it to Security and Sounds systems never having been there before. And within 15 mins they found what was wrong and recommended how to fix it. They gave me a choice to either leave it as is or actually fix the problem . The re-wired my system and moves my amp to my speaker box . Now everything is powered perfectly and I'm pretty happy. Will come back to this place again in the near future. read more

Came here with my 2006 Civic. Kent helped my dad and I out, he was very helpful and explained everything very well. I was looking into getting a touch screen for my Civic and new speakers. In the end every thing came out awesome. Although I gotta say it was a little pricey, but for what I got of course the price was gonna be high. And the team that worked on my car are top notch, everything was put together perfectly, I rather have them install it than me doing it myself LOL! After everything was installed, Kent helped me out with the controls with the touch screen which was VERY helpful. His staff is also "GREAT" they do very clean installations and you don't have to worry about the end product since it looks like its right of the factory. Absolute ripoff. Kent knew damn well what he was selling me wasn't worth what I paid for. I paid close to 900 for a sub and amp that can only hit 500 Watts, and Kent knew that it wasn't worth the money but he sold me low quality shit anyway. They also charge a shit load for installation. read more

Had a Sony stereo system installed and was very professionally done. Kent was very patient and explained everything very clearly. They do not over sell to make a buck either. No pressure sales.
